Food SUCKS !!! Flavorless shakes, wilted salads, sour sandwich ingredients, foreign objects found in food and rude, lazy staff with serious anger management issues. And that’s just from my experience and a friend’s. Interestingly, another friend of mine got cursed out recently by the manager(possibly owner) while driving one of their commercial SUVs. Apparently she wasn’t going fast enough for him in a parking lot(!!!) amongst his pickups. I think morons run this place. Not safe to go in folks. Food poisoning a big possibility here.

Good selection of smoothies and raw stuffs. This is an oasis of healthy choices in a desert of pizza and other junk foods.

Cute little place. I ordered a breakfast wrap, and it was great. UPDATE: I’ve ordered several things from here. Everything has been great. The service is not so great. Unless you’re a friend, you aren’t greeted warmly nor with any customer service.

Been here a few times– actually both the East Islip and Commack locations. Food is always good a tasty and healthy which is hard to find! Brought my boyfriend to the EI store this weekend to get Acai Bowls, and just wanted to note how pleasant the employee who helped us was. I believe her name was Ashley– very sweet, smiley, and checked on us as we are our Acai Bowls in store :) Thanks for the great service!

Supreme Blends has awesome food! Ranging from their delicious berry nut wraps and fresh squeezed jucies to my all time favorite-the luna salad-a delicious mix of greens, sunflower seeds, peppers, topped with fresh hummus… mmm mmm good! i highly recommend this place if you are eating healthy and want something delicious. They catered a lunch for 25 people at my office today and the order was PERFECT! The owner is a real great guy too, i had the pleasure of meeting with him and am glad i did! Great Place!

Supreme Blends: Delicious and healthy blended together. This place is a perfect spot to hit-up post workout or those days where you feel like utter garbage and need to neutralize all the alcohol and bar food you’ve been putting in your body. Treat your temple well and perk up with some healthy and organic smoothies and treats. They’ll make you whatever your little heart desires but I’ll advise that the smoothie menu above your head is a good place to start. Spiru-tien is used in most of the smoothies so you’re getting plenty of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and of course(plant-based) protein. I personally favor the creamsicle, mango tango, berry bash and the source of life which is a disgusting green color but tastes amaze-balls. Beware that they’ll add extra raw sugar or honey to most of the smoothies. You’re likely getting a smoothie with the intent of having a healthy pick-me-up, not eat a candy bar’s worth of sugar. They’re sweet enough already, trust me. They also serve wheat grass shots and assorted food-stuffs. When the girl behind the counter doesn’t get all hot and heavy with the dressing I enjoy the Diva wrap(teriyaki tofu, olives, tomato, hummus). There’s a small cluster of tables upfront to park your derrière on. You also can browse the side section of the store for other goods including but not limited to: organic shampoos, protein powder, funky smelling soaps, all natural mouthwash and tea for menopausal women. Unfortunately, it’s all pretty over priced and half of section being used to store their alkaline water. Fun fact: Supreme blends is Vegetarian and Vegan friendly. The most commonly used protein power is vegetarian and all of their smoothies can be made with tofutti instead of yogurt.
