Every single server just standing around while every single table that customers are not sitting at have food and plates from the previous customers. Sat here for about an hour and no one even touched a table to clean it off. Service was slow, took 20 minutes just to get a refill on my drink. Food was okay, i could tell it had sat in the window for a while because the plate was extremely hot and the top of my scrambled eggs were kind of hard. Didnt get silverware until about 5 minutes AFTER we got our food. Overall, disappointing.

I honestly don’t understand why people dislike this place so much. You’re coming to ihop not a 5 star restaurant. Don’t expect too much. You get good cheap food that’s quick. At the end of the day this location is better than most ihops I’ve ever been to and would definitely come back here for a quick meal before class.

Food was good and our server, Megan, was great. I see the reviews here aren’t so good but I really have no complaints.

Not amazing, not bad. The Brioche’ french toast is good to try if you have not! If it was gauged on that, it’s 4 stars. Staff has been friendly, and the manager had visited the table every time.

Hadn’t eaten in iHop in a while prior to this trip. Ended up ordering a Colorado omelette w/o shredded beef and a side of hashbrowns. Hashbrowns could have been cooked more but overall the meal was very tasty. This was for dinner and iHop is usually known for their breakfast items so it was an easy choice. Definitely excited to try some of their pancakes in the future.

The place is not bad. Not very clean though. The kitchen is slow. The staff makes mistake prior bringing the food and while billing. The pancakes are okay. It’s a nice place to come with family.

The food was great. The service. not so much. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to even come to our table and right away she asked«what to drink?» And«are you ready to order?» And by that time we obviously were. We saw her when she brought our drinks, and to give us our bill. Someone else brought out the food, which is fine! Its just that we saw our waitress only twice. The other tables around us that she had noticed it too. A family sat down next to us and waited about 15 minutes to see her as well. I don’t even think she said her name, it was just obvious that she did not want to be there. The young man who sat us though, was polite, cheerful and very nice! He pointed out things on the menu right away, and got us another set of silverware, because there was only one set on the table, which was not a big deal at all but he apologized up and down about it. He was so sweet. So props to the cooks, my food was delcious, and to the young man who sat us! And as for the waitress, maybe she was just having a bad day. but I could have cut my time there in half if she would have noticed she had customers or even just smiled a tad, and I would be eager to come back… but I’m not.

Actually, 0 stars — Don’t even try it. Orders wrong and/or incomplete(same at next table); HAIR in eggs; pancakes undercooked; hash undercooked & greasy; coffee sour; service slow(but server nice). Hostess smiley but totally clueless. Should have trusted instincts & not come back after bad experience about 5 years ago.

I was attending a seminar nearby, and the group wanted to eat here. We came in about 2:00 on a Monday afternoon. The hostess was outside smoking, so she followed us in and then sat us. Yikes. Our server was typical run-of-the-mill diner stock, from the wrist brace, ill-fitting uniform and the«you guys» in the greeting. Salads came out first, and they were actually better than I anticipated. The balsamic dressing was tasty! The entrees were lackluster at best. I got the Maui shrimp. The«steamed» broccoli was punished beyond repair. It was just a limp pile of tasteless green mush. The«roasted» potatoes were the best thing on the plate, nicely seasoned. The shrimp was just okay. Two others got fish, and they were surprised to learn IHop doesn’t have tartar sauce(a little weird, right?). While we were eating, our server set the checks down. No dessert for us, I guess. I know I only paid $ 10; I guess you really do get what you paid for!
