Hey when ur in a Trk mostly Trk stops are it! We are hanging out for a few days. We had breakfast, showered, downloaded stuff on computer (free Denny’s wifi), laundry AND had lunch! Did I say hanging out!!! Yup! And it allll good. Love Denny’s

When we made it inside, the waitress sat us at a dirty table. I touched something sticky so I went to the bathroom to wash my hands; assuming I’d return to a clean table. I return to notice my girl friend hasn’t even been approached yet. We sat for another 10 minutes, still nothing. By this time, two other groups have been seated and they have their water… Still no waitress. I made a loud sound to get the staffs attention. «Can we be served please?!» Four waitresses standing around doing NOTHING laughed, so we left. We won’t ever be returning. Terrible service. Rude, disrespectful waitresses. If they were my employees, they’d be fired on the spot.

My husband, daughter, 20 month grandchild ate there yesterday. The waitstaff was great, the food was great. The high chair was so filthy, you would need a power washer to get it clean. The textured plastic on the arms of the highchair was suposed to be maroon, was black from embedded crud. The waitress wiped it off, but it would need to be put in a sink and scrubbed with a brush and cleanser. It hasn’t been cleaned properly in years. These things to make it healthy to eat, and touch, are simple and free. All it takes is elbow grease and cleaning. we will not be back.

To start off it took our waitress about 15 minutes to take our order. On top of that there may have been 5 tables in the restaurant total so not busy at all. We waited forever to get our food, I noticed that my food had been sitting up there for awhile before she brought it. It looked disgusting and old. Terrible service, terrible food. I do not recommend going here. Every other waitress seemed the be paying good attention to their tables except ours she didn’t even seem to be do anything.

Went to Denny’s expecting acknowledgement. Did not get it. Sat at a booth around 10:50am on a Monday. Server walks over disgruntled and chucks menus on tables and hastily says, «I’ll be right back». Ten minutes pass. We are still sitting at our table and our server rushes around us several times and doesn’t acknowledge us at all. We were very thirsty and felt very offended.
We did not even eat there and just got up and left. They need to have more hands on deck and a general management team that cares. I’ve never had poorer service and I won’t be returning to this Denny’s ever again.

I get that this is a Denny’s in a slow-paced college town.
If a middle finger were a rating option, I’d double up.
This is not the first time we have encountered clown-shoe service from the kitchen here.
I can understand a mishap here and there with one cook in the kitchen.
When the waitress and cook are clowning around with the food you ordered after people who arrived after you are half way through their meals and you still have no food… all understanding is out the window.
We were trying to spend time and money in your place of employment.
The waitresses in this place should mutiny on the management for tolerating a kitchen that can’t get basic food out properly.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Denny’s. The service is hit or miss depending on who you receive as a server. The manager is really on top of everything though.
They get a bit busy on Sunday mornings, but the food still comes out acceptable.
Good prices, and you get what you pay for.
