Jimmy John’s

Last two times I had a sandwich delivered the bread was rock hard and I had to chip off the outer edge to even eat it.
Additionally about a month ago I got a #6 delivered that had no tomato on it. When I called and told him there wasn’t any tomato the guy asked me if I was sure it wasn’t in between the bread. Seriously? Where do you think I was looking for the tomato??? Then I said that I was sure there wasn’t tomato because I had already eaten half and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t refund it because they need the sandwich back. First of all, I had said nothing about wanting a refund, or even a new sandwich. I wanted to let then know that there was a key ingredient missing and I was disappointed. The attitude he gave me was just completely uncalled for and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had over the phone.
Done with this place. Horribly inconsistent, rock hard bread that’s inedible.
Edit: I forgot to add that they never include mayo packets when you check for them and last time we had delivery after waiting an HOUR we called and they said the car was on the way. More like they forgot the order… it took another 10 minutes and we live literally 2 minutes from the store.
They’re just awful.

This Jimmy John’s used to be wonderfully fast and the food was tasty. I live 5 minutes from the place, ordered at 6:53pm and the food didn’t arrive until just after 8pm. When I called the shop to check on the status of my order (after 45 minutes, which is unheard of for Jimmy John’s — one time my sandwich arrived in 8 minutes — literally!), the employee who answered the phone indicated my sandwich had been dispatched 10 minutes ago and should be anticipated in about 10 minutes, and was unapologetic… hmmm. I am unimpressed with this new batch of employees. They sat on my order for half an hour. When I pop in to order, typically, frequently they’ve made, wrapped, and presented my sandwich before I can finish stuffing my wallet back into my purse, so what gives? Bread was on the brink of stale — not its usual crusty delicious self, but rather hard, better suited to the ducks — and had questionable gray markings. Drink took so long to get to me that it had no ice and part of the lid was smashed in. I’ve been a loyal customer since my time at MSU, nearly two decades, and with this one really lousy experience, this franchisee has managed to tarnish the brand and lose you a customer. This location is dead to me. (Tip: do not order from them when MSU is on a break as evidently they are short-​staffed.)

Worst sandwiches ever! Ordered for staff at hospital and unwich had old lettuce and nothing hardly on it (was told when called it was made by manager) Turkey Tom had NO Turkey!

Tipped them $ 5.00 to deliver a $ 6.49 Bootlegger club w extra mayo and drink to a clearly marked apartment complex that was only 6 minutes down the road from this jimmy johns establishment. Not only did the order take 50 minutes to get there but within that, for 30 minutes the driver called me 6 times… After sending my boyfriend out in the cold to go search for him was it finally delivered. Ice in the drink melted, and the guy forgot a straw on top of it all.
The rage and betrayal I feel from my beloved Jimmy johns is like no other.

The fastest JJ’s around! These people are super quick. Love it. Don’t love the small parking lot.

The workers here are well-​trained. They are friendly and quick! Online ordering and delivery was awesome – I think we received our sandwiches in less than 10 minutes from when we ordered them, and the order was correct. My go-​to sandwich is the #5 Vito, basically an Italian sub that I order with delicious hot peppers.
The parking lot is small and not the best (watch out for traffic on Harrison).

Ordered online for lunch delivery at work. They sure earn their slogan «subs so fast you’ll freak.» Fast delivery. Yummy food. One small complaint, they didn’t bring napkins or a straw for my drink.

Great Subs, Low Prices. I’m a huge fan of their Hunter’s Club roast beef sandwich on french rolls!

Dear Jimmy John’s on Harrison Road,
Where do I begin? I’ll say it… I miss you. You are not near me here in California and that makes me sad. Nothing can compare to your sandwiches and how close you were to my place of residence.
What do I miss about you?
— your yummy sandwiches that were great morning, noon, night and LATE night
— your cookies and drinks that were a great addition to a sandwich
— how close you were to where I lived
— great service and how quickly food was made
— the memories of late night Jimmy John runs
As you can tell you are great. Please send a Jimmy John’s to the Bay Area! People here need to experience a good sandwich!
