I have found them to be efficient, knowledgable and very communicative.
My Airbook was nearly destroyed, and they did as much as they could in-house, then sent it off to Apple in a timely manner. They followed up with Apple and with me even before I could call to ask what was happening.
I just visited the Apple Store in GR today, and I can tell you the Customer Service there is no better than what I received at MSU Comp Repair.

While attempting to fix my boyfriends laptop they managed to delete all of his data from his hardrive and told him that it would take over 12 hours to see if they can recover it. All they had to do was back up his hardrive.

If I could give them no stars I would. Last year my laptops power button was broke so I took it to the computer repair center and got it fixed. Now less than a year later my power button is malfunctioning again, I dropped my laptop off and it’s been 3 weeks since then. The employees have only contacted me once in that time and never seem in a rush to help, I am a college student and need my laptop and they don’t seem to care. The fact that they were supposed to fix it last time makes me even more mad! I will never go here again!
