Mac Men Computer Repair

I never leave reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary that I warn people of my experience. About 6 months ago, I cracked my iPhone 5s screen and was more than relieved when I found a place that did screen repairs for $ 80. The staff was very helpful and repaired my screen within 20 minutes. When I got home and went to use my phone, the screen was completely black and was not functional. I knew the phone was on because it was still ringing when it was called/​texted. I went back to MacMen to explain the issue and he tried CHARGING ME $ 90 TO FIX THE TOUCH SENSOR (or something like that). After explaining to him that he caused the issue, he reluctantly opened up my phone and fixed whatever needed to be fixed and I was on my way at no charge. After a few months, my phone began to act very weird and glitchy. It would get very hot, turn off randomly, open apps/​close apps randomly, etc. Assuming this was a problem with the software, I took it to Apple where I hoped they could fix the issue. When they opened my phone they said that various parts and screws were missing and since it had been clearly opened up by someone else other than Apple, they could no longer help me with the issue. No one has ever opened my phone besides MacMen and Apple. I called MacMen to see what they had done and he obviously denied of stripping my phone of parts and suggested that I had opened my own phone and took out the parts unknowingly (what?). Needless to say, my phone no longer works and I have to pay $ 200 through Assurion (Verizon Insurance) to get a replacement device.
DO NOT GO TO MACMEN. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND IT IS A HUGE SCAM.
