Sir Pizza

It’s expensive for the quality. The calzones were really saucy & could have used more cheese. The sauce was tasty though.

Love Sir Pizza. This is just a rant about bad communication. Ordered a pizza, gave address, waited 30 minutes, got call from Sir Pizza and was told I was out of delivery range. As soon as I said my address he should have looked to make sure. Maybe

My first time here. Interesting almost like a frozen totinos pizza with really good sauce. A little over priced for what you get.

If I could give this place and its staff a zero rating, I would. This evening my fiancée and I had the single most awful pizza experience in our lives. We called this location and a guy named Keith answered the phone with the most lethargic, «I hate my job» attitude. We asked him if they delivered to our address and he responded, «yes.» We then place an order for delivery. About a half hour later, we get a call from a female saying she’s having a difficult time finding our house. We give her directions and continue waiting. After about 3 more phone calls in which she can’t figure out where we live, I offer to meet her at a nearby gas station. I drive there and she’s not there. My fiancée calls her again and she says that she is at a different gas station. I finally call the restaurant and tell Keith that I will just drive and pick up a fresh pizza because this girl can’t figure it out and the pizza has to be frozen by now. It is 10:30pm and the roads are awful, so my fiancée doesn’t feel that this is right. She ends up calling the restaurant back and asks for someone else to deliver a fresh pizza. He asks for our address again, she gives it to him again and he responds, «we don’t deliver to your address.» I’m now in my car driving home and my fiancée calls me to say, «please just come home… I’ll make something.» She proceeds to tell me what happened in the last conversation with Keith and I’m now livid. I call the restaurant and ask what the hell this is all about. He claimed that he wasn’t the original person that took the order (he was), we didn’t tell him exactly where we lived (we did) and they don’t deliver to our address. I responded, «it was you on the phone & we told you our full address» to which he responded, «THEN CALL MY BOSS TOMORROW AND TELL HIM» and HUNG UP! This is exactly the type of business that should not be in business. I WILL NEVER TOUCH A SIR PIZZA AGAIN. BEWARE!!!

We are new to the area and this place is close to our home so it was the first place we tried. I really like their pizza. They use itty bitty toppings like you would get on one of those old square school style pizzas so it reminded me of those and that could be part of the reason I loved it. My whole family loved it though, we’ll be back!

Nothing special here. Very basic pizza with very little cheese.
