Our server was awesome. Polite and accommodating. He told us a story how his Mother makes all of the desserts for the restaurant and the samoa cheesecake did not dissapoint. I usually always just order to-go pizza delivery which is consistent and delicious but am happy I decided to dine in this evening. Up beat atmosphere, affordable good wine(had the 337) and an amazing meal. The highlight was the eggplant parm, best i’ve had in awhile. along with beef saltimbocca and haddock piccata– both just as high quality and delicious. I will be keeping this on the top of my list as a great local go-to!

Have been here three or more times in last month. Food is very good and fresh. Service is excellent. The only think I could ask for is a comfortable booth. Will return for the good food.

Love Fazios! The food is great, and the service is attentive. I’m picky about chicken parm, but theirs is delicious. The breaded cauliflower is a unique appetizer, it’s pleasing and priced well. I love the chicken picatta. The portions are generous.

I am normally a huge fan or Fazio’s and we rotate between them and another closer pizza place but with some friends in town who wanted Italian it was the only choice. My friend got the chicken parm dinner which we had previously had and knew was great, so I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. Unfortunately, these two things are in no way comparable. The dinner has real breast of chicken pounded breaded and fried perfectly, then smothered in sauce and topped with melted mozzarella. The sandwich has 3 processed chicken patty sticks topped with sauce and cheese. These tasted like the chicken patties that you used to get with your school lunch, not something I would ever want to pay for now that I have a choice. I understand the sandwich is cheap but I would rather pay more and get a real piece of chicken on my sandwich. This isn’t the quality I have come to expect from Fazio’s, but I still love them, so I’ll have to forgive and just never order that again.

We ate here last night we had to wait to be seated but it was definitely worth it. Mozzarella cheese stick appetizer was great and the chicken and eggplant parmigiana was terrific as was the chicken Marsala and spaghetti and meatballs. Our waiter nick was very friendly and assertive. Great place!

I am a fan of this place. Some of my favorites are the meatball sub, grilled chicken salad, penne & broccoli with garlic & oil, and the chicken parm sub.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Buff Chick Pizza. Buff Chick! I’m obsessed with the buffalo chicken pizza. It’s delicious. I do with the blue cheese drizzle on top had more blue cheese chunks(rather than just thin blue cheese dressing which is probably what it is), but it’s still DELICIOUS. Can’t wait to try other things.

For many years before my Unilocaling days, I was a regular at Fazio’s eating there at least once per week but over time I wanted a little more diversity in the menu which I subsequently found in two other greater Springfield area Italian eateries. Fazio’s really does do a very good job and it is nice to be reminded of that from time to time. East Longmeadow is very fortunate to have such a spot in town which has become a destination for many who come from the surrounding area. If you desire an authentic Italian American dining experience, Fazio’s, I have no doubt, will deliver and is worth a drive from almost anywhere.

Having lived in Central MA for many years before relocating to CT, my wife and I occasionally lapse into nostalgia and talk about the«Massachusetts kind of places» we used to frequent in the heart of the Bay State. The Woodshed Restaurant in Grafton or Upton, MA was one of them. What’s a «Massachusetts kind of place?» Well, it has to be totally unpretentious. No foofery or duck fat or goat cheese. It has to have an extremely outgoing and welcoming staff. It has to have a sweet down-home family vibe. And most of all, it has to have really good food at really good prices. We were reminded of what that exactly feels like when we had lunch at Fazio’s today. There was a huge party having a baby shower on the left side of the restaurant. The guests were as nice and friendly as can be. Our server was the same. The vibe in the restaurant perfectly fit the atmosphere we remembered — the feeling of unpretentious folks not out to impress anyone with their jewelry or designer clothes or world travels. Our lunch cost under $ 24 –a huge order of baked ziti, served on a plate as though you were sitting in someone’s dining room, a large salad, and the steal of the day– a $ 4.49 side order of five meatballs in a delicious pomodoro sauce. How good was the food? It was wonderful. We enjoyed everything– the food, the atmosphere, the friendly warm folks everywhere. What a nice time we had here.

Not a regular, but I’ll be back! There are many choices in the immediate area and Fazio’s isn’t on my «pizza» list. My son LOVES the crust on a place up the street, so generally that’s were we get our takeout(kids…). But… Went for a early dinner with some friends who really like the place. And I was pleasantly surprised with out meals. Buffalo chicken pizza was good. I prefer it a little more spicy, but that’s simply a personal taste, all the ingredients were good and the pizza was well cooked. My wife loved the anti-pasta and salad. Friendly service for the most part. Small dinning area. Would definitely return(with those friends, sorry, kids eating with no complaints gets my normal takeout business).

My mother, sis and I were going to go to another restaurant but realized it was closed at dinner-time so my mom suggested Fazio’s which was on the way to our destination. Average atmosphere, good waitress. My mother and I ordered bowls of tortellini soup and their large garden salad. Everything was delicious but my mother had a rotten tomato and I had one which had a black spot on it. That’s not acceptable obviously but everything else was good. My sis had a personal size cheese pizza which she said was good. I later had a slice and agreed. I was a bit surprised by the prices of some of their entrees. $ 17 for a chicken dish seems pricey to me. Maybe it’s just me?

This place is horrible! I got a tuna salad and the cherry tomatoes looked great until I turned one over and it was rotten on the bottom as were all the rest(5)! Not to mention the 15 inch hair that was in the tuna! I would never eat at this rat hole again?

This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant in this area. I recommend the chicken parm. The portion sizes are generous for the money and the food will have you wanting to come back for more. I love the ample melted cheese on the parm as well as the all white tender meat it’s made with. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

I think what keeps me coming back here the most is their prices. Honestly you would be hard pressed to beat there prices for legitimate authentic Italian dining in the New England area. The pizza can be amazing and you also can be over whelmed by the burnt taste. The house salad dressing is the only way to go when you get that choice. I almost wish that they didn’t give you a side of pasta, i feel like most of the time after a really nice meal i am disappointed with this and don’t know what to do with it. Still i understand why they do, there are some real heifers that come in here than on occasion make comments like ‘is this all i get, this is a small portion’. The portions are not small, almost every time I go I have leftovers. I wish I had more room for desert because those are great. Although the pasta dishes are very good my preference is always the non-red sauce dishes. There is a chicken dish that comes with a white wine and butter sauce(the name escapes me) that is amazing. Have had half a dozen times only once was it dried out.

Thanks Fazio’s for going the extra distance during the disastrous power outage in October 2011– You not only delivered a full meal to my 82 year old mom in record time during the dinner hour. Your nice delivery man called me on his cell all the way out in California to tell me how my mom was doing and let me know that she was okay– Thanks for everything, you rock!
