Unbelievable just went in and we were told that the whole restaurant is reserved for the night we were treated so rudely won’t be coming back

My wife and I have tried to give this restaurant a few chances, but we’ve never been blown away. The food isn’t bad, but it’s nothing special either. The portions were good, staff was friendly, nice atmosphere and appeared very clean. The food just didn’t leave me thinking that I couldn’t wait to come back. Also, keep in mind that Pasquale’s becomes more bar than restaurant as the sun starts to set.

two stars only because of friendly and efficient wait staff. Food was mediocre at best. Little Cigars(asparagus/mozzarella, etc) was deep fried, very greasy, with bland dipping sauce. Parmesan Shrimp dish, not enough parmesan, overcooked shrimp… Place clean, service excellent, perhaps I should have just had a dish of pasta, which seems to be what they are noted for. …

We went here today as a large group. We requested separate checks before we placed our orders. It went off without a hitch. I was unsure of what to expect after reading some poor reviews. Instead I ended up pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was great. There were 12 of us and everyone was pleased with their meal. Not a single complaint. We have high expectations when we go out to eat together. Everyone was so pleased I’m sure we will all go back. The renovation created a warm atmosphere. The background music was calm, pleasant and created a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend Pasquale’s Restaurant to anyone, including groups. This was a week day. I haven’t tried Pasquale’s on the weekend YET. Based on today experience I’m sure I will.

Really great food, service atmosphere! Our server, Rafe, was helpful and attentive. Took my parents who hadn’t been there in decades, they enjoyed their meals and the place. Started with the fried pickles — tasty. Dad had the chicken parm, he enjoyed it but I finished off his ziti and sauce! They should bottle that sauce! Really! And I make scratch sauce all the time. Mom had the baked flounder — classically good. My husband and I had the prime rib special. It was the right degree of doneness and tasty! Sometimes the classics hit the spot when done right! Mom and I split the canoli for dessert. Great dinner and we had a very good night! Found a new go-to restaurant!

We live really close and took a while to try this great restaurant. It was so worth it, definitely a bit upscale and a classy Italian-seafood restaurant. Me and my fiancé loved it and will come back for sure. Definitely I would get the wrapped asparagus spears, they are so good.

MUSTGOIFYOUAREINANDAROUNDTHELONGMEADOWAREA!!! I was recently in town on business and stopped in to get my Italian food fix and Pasquale’s Tavern did not disappoint. For starters we had the Zuppa de Clams and Italian Anti Pasta Salad, both Excellent. For dinner, I had the Eggplant Rollatini and my Wife had the Shrimp Scampi which were absolutely amazing. The best part was the portions were more than generous and I got to enjoy it all over again the next day. Kudos to the chef and thanks to the Bartender and waitress for our wicked service and White Sangria… A must if you like Sangria. This place has great ambiance for a date and even good if you just want to watch a game. I plan on returning soon. 5 stars.

I’ve been here a few times now. Each time I’ve sat at the bar. The bartenders are very nice and personable. The food is really flavorful and plentiful. I’m Italian and very picky when it comes to Italian food. This is homemade restaurant food at its best!

My husband, in laws, and I came here for dinner last night. We had the risotto balls and calamari to start. Both were exquisite! The calamari was cooked perfectly(some places overcook calamari so it’s chewy). All of our dinners were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Our server was extremely nice and very attentive. I can’t wait to come back to this restaurant!

I was so disgusted by my visit to this restauant. I never write reviews but felt compelled due to the rude hostess. My boyfriend and I went to dinner one night to Pasquale’s and were greeted by a mid-40’s, shoulder length brunette hostess(maybe the owner)? There were open tables and she didn’t want to be bothered with us and proceeded to tell us that they were on a ½ hour wait, when there was no one else waiting! She grabbed menus for someone else and didn’t even bother with us further. She was so rude, we left and we will never go back! I am going to tell everyone I know not to eat there because the staff is unfriendly and u accommodating.

My wife and I chose Pasquale’s for a Friday night date. Hadn’t been here in years so wasn’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The place looks great. There’s an attractive dining room and a separate pub area. We chose to eat at a table in the pub as it seemed to be a little more lively. The bar had a good selection of beers on tap and our waiter was excellent(I wish I remembered his name). The food was delicious. We started with fried pickles which were a good portion of typical fried pickle chips. My wife got the Cajun tilapia and I got the chicken Gorgonzola. Both were excellent and huge portions. We ended up taking half of out meals home. The menu doesn’t appear to be overly extensive but had multiple items that caught my eye. I get the feeling the want to concentrate on the dishes the can do well and fresh rather than be a «jack of all trades». I’m sorry it had been so long since I’ve visited. Looking forward to my next meal their soon!

My wife and I were here about three years ago and swore we would never come back. Slow not so good food, bad service. As bad as it gets for a restaurant. We decided to give it a second chance and it was totally different. The food was fresh and hot and cooked to order. Friendly staff and the prices were great. We will definitely return.

As far as local Italian fare goes this is about as good as it gets in my opinion. Used to work there for years through about 2005 or so. I know it changed hands a couple times but I was really pleasantly suprised with the meals I had. Chicken parm now served with a tasty marinara sauce instead of Patsy’s old meat sauce. Still good portion and chicken was perfectly crispy. Frutti di mare tasted just like I remembered it. Clams, muscles, scallops all clean and fresh. Wonderful red sauce. Veal saltbocca was very«heavy» but pleasant. Rich is a good way to describe the veal sauce. Veal was tender and well prepared. Risotto was also rich but kindof lacked a punch. Could use capers or olives or something. All in all I think it’s a great restaurant/bar for the area and I’m happy some of the dishes are close to what I remember them

My wife and I happened upon Pasquale’s after watching a local sporting event. It was just after 10:00 pm we were hungry and the parking lot was crowded so we took the chance that they might still be able to serve us. I asked the hostess /manager if the kitchen was still open and she quickly assured me that not only was it still open but that we would be well taken care of. Our server was very pleasant, we ordered a couple of glasses of the Pinot noir and the chefs calamari to start. The calamari was excellent, very tender and beautifully presented. I ordered one of the specials, the blue cheese rib eye with jumbo shrimp. It came with a salad, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The sides were good but just average nothing to write about one way or another. My wife had the veal parmigiana and enjoyed it thoroughly. A solid four stars. I will definitely be back when i am in the area.

went there for dinner on Sunday. Excellent. pretty good selection of wine. nice appetizers and specials. I had the salmon special which was very good. my fiancé had the chicken parm which was very good. the potatoes with my salmon were excellent. the pasta with the chicken parm could be better but it wasn’t bad. the service was also very good.

A family member had a private event here, which was buffet style. I can’t say enough nice things about the experience. The food was amazingly good. waitstaff were right on top of water refills, drinks, clearing plates. They were super friendly and accommodating. Many people actually made second trips to the buffet, because the food was so delicious. I recommend this restaurant for any event or dinner out!

I was very impressed with Pasquale’s. I was there with a group who were in the bar for HH. There was some confusion about the kitchen and how long it would take to get food. The nice manager(the lady with really pretty hair) clarified the confusion and made sure not only that we got our order in, I think they put a rush on the food order because it came out fairly quickly. Our server, Eric, was pretty awesome. Very attentive. The one thing I will always subtract a star for is if they don’t keep my water glass full. I had to ask multiple times for a refill on the water. Overall, the food was really good. A friend ordered the scallop entrée: big, fat, succulent, golden-seared scallops over a bed of creamy mushroom risotto. I tried a bit. Very good. I ordered the large garden salad and the Zuppa di Mussels in a red sauce(you have a choice of red or white sauce in the mussels). The salad was huge. I just wish they’d eliminate the iceberg lettuce because it’s a cheap filler. The mussels dish was huge, and I couldn’t finish them so good to have friends who will eat the leftovers. We had the Mark West Pinot Noir. It was very tasty. It retails for $ 11 and here they charged much more. I know, I know, sometimes I can’t even bring myself to order wine in restaurants anymore knowing about the insane markup. But, sometimes you just got to splurge. The other bartenders/servers were constantly checking in on us to see how we were doing. The cook came out and asked us how the food was. Nice attention to service and details, Team Pasquale’s! As the night wore on, the bar became quite the little social scene. There was a DJ later on in the night who took our requests and the bar filled up with some pretty cute eye candy. I made a note that I need to hang out in East Longmeadow with my girls real soon. Nice evening, nice food, and nice service staff.

I can’t speak for this place as a dine-in restaurant, but I did come here for a family banquet the other day and the experience was a good one. The buffet consisted of a pre-dressed salad, white bread and butter, veggies, oven-roasted russets, baked scrod, and chicken francaise. The salad was fine, the bread was simple, the veggies were buttery green beans, carrots, and the occasional zucchini, the russets were good and salty, the scrod was light and flaky, and the chicken was delicious. The desert was called«carrot» cake, but it was yellow cake with pictures of carrots drawn in frosting at the top. It was good, but it was definitely not carrot(nor spice, nor anything close) cake. There was ample waitstaff for our party as well. They asked if we needed drinks often enough and cleared the places super quickly.
