This place is absolutely horrible. My boyfriend and I went here a few weeks ago and they did not honor their policy. Witch states on the window «if you do not receive your receipt your meal is on us». I didn’t receive my receipt and they basically laughed in my face and said they wouldn’t do that.

I am writing this as I wait on drive thru. On December 7^th, I was sitting in the car for almost 20 min to get my order. There was three cars in front of me and five behind me. I am Not sure if they ran out of chickens or if the chickens were in a meeting, but the wait was horrible. We left and went next door to BK… Where they treated us better!

went to drive thru told him order he repeated 3 times each 1 was wrong I was put on microphone hold twice NVR got order right all I wanted was a 4 PC original with sides $ 34.00 time to drive rt thru the drive thru. too many places to not get aggravated from that also sell food. good bye colonel I went to see Ronald next time I will meet either the king or queen maybe Wendy maybe I will go to a carnival or go to Boston, but NVR again do I see the colonel. life is too short

I love KFC and I literally needed golden fried greasy, crispy, yummy goodness in the absolute worst way and I went to this location and the location further up Hempstead Tpke in Levittown and THEY both didn’t have the crispy chicken I was seeking (and dying for). The original recipe isn’t bad, but it’s not the crispy! I ended up with a salad and baked potato from Wendy’s. Damn. So disappointed.

Had a coupon for a buy one get one free boneless combo dinner. I walked in and OMG it was a sweatshop, i felt bad for the workers in there. It had to be over 85 degrees in there, i guess the a/c failed miserably. the guy behind the counter was nice and took my order promptly and courteously. He explained it would take a few minutes. No biggie, place was relatively clean, even though it was late night, when the meal was finally ready about 10 mins later the other worker apologized and thank me for waiting. I got home and it was terrible. Only good thing was the corn and mashed potatoes. The chicken was really tough and rubbery and the green beans were all watery and gross. I wound up throwing it out, no thanks KFC

It is like every KFC you go to. But the reason I am reviewing it because they were nicer then most. They didn’t have certain chicken that we wanted so they gave us a free chocolate cake. I have to say that is some great customer service.
