The Chicken cheesesteak was incredibly bland and the roll a bit too chewy. The turkey reuben was better but the turkey itself was on the dry side. The hot fresh fries were probably the best part. This isn’t one of my neighborhood favorites but the prices are fair and portions decent. About $ 6 – 7 for a sandwich. Oh and I really wouldn’t get the meatballs here. They tasted like plain, unseasoned ground meat in a bland, watery marinara.

Bland is right. Maybe it was the wrong thing to order(cordon bleu chicken sandwich) but there was not the ‘explosion’ of flavor I’ve grown accustomed to at a similar eatery.

Ok, I am writing the 3rd5 star review, while some other person gives them 1 star?! Even in that review he didn’t really say anything bad. So, why one star? I am giving them 5 stars because they recently catered an event for me. It was my husband’s 50th Birthday party, and I could not have asked for more. Generous sized portions of flavorful yummy pasta, chicken, salad and rolls. They even provided us with the warming trays and sterno. All for $ 6 per person. Amazing deal. My guests all raved about the food and wanted to know where it came from. I was happy to tell them. The boneless chicken wings are THEBEST in the land! My only complain was the broiled asparagus was stringy. But, all in all a good meal for a good deal! Thank you Pranzos!

We have thoroughly enjoyed every Pranzo experience. Pranzo’s food is so delicious that we look for excuses to use their catering services. Their service is always helpful and courteous.

Nestled in a small strip mall on a very busy Germantown Pike, you’ll find the relatively unknown Pranzo’s. It offers a decently sized Italian menu, mostly sandwiches and hoagies. It seems to be somewhat popular with those who know of it, but I can’t really see why. I came here for lunch and ordered a chicken parm sandwich. The sandwiches, although large, come off rather bland. The oh-so-crucial bread was way too doughy and chewy to the extent that it became a hassle to even eat the darn thing. The only positive aspect was that it was relatively inexpensive so no skin off my back. I’ll be fair and come back some other time and try something else. Hopefully visit #2 will be more positive than the first.
