Last night I fell on black ice and hit my head really hard. Went to this«Urgent» care… and I put«Urgent» in quotes because I waited 2HOURS! to be seen. The woman at the front desk was very rude with the way she spoke. It wasn’t until the patient after me did she tell people it would be an 1 and half hour wait… even letting some people go. After about an hour and 45 minutes I was seen by the doctors assistant who was very nice. I would have to say that one star is for her and I hope she finds a better facility to work in because she is too good for this place. 15 minutes after that I saw the doctor, she didn’t even tell me her name. Took my vitals and said…“well if symptoms get worse you should go get it checked out”…THATSWHY I WASTHERE!!! because the symptoms did worse and I needed her«Medical advice» she didn’t tell me where to go she just said«oh well our facility doesn’t check for this issue» nor gave advice on what I should and should not do. I tried to avoid the hospital, one main reason I went to urgent care. THATISWHATPISSEDMEOFFTHEMOST! I wasted my hard earned cash on some dimwit who seems like she graduated at the bottom of her class in med school… to tell me what I was already advised to do!.. bring your business elsewhere… Such a waste of a potential good doctor space.

We’ve been going to this place for a few years now and have been fairly pleased until tonight when we took our 4 year old who was complaining of an earache and crying. We arrived at 7:52 pm when they close at 8:00 pm. My daughter went in crying, in obvious pain, and to our disbelief these unbelievably rude people turned us away saying that they had already seen their last patient. We will NEVER go back to this sorry of a place for any care whatsoever even if our life depends on it. They have lost a loyal customer. I do not recommend you go there either and if I could give a no star rating, I would. Happy Holidays!

The other reviewers are spot on: the front end staff are rude as hell and need to go. I don’t even understand how people can be such miserable-to-the-core human beings. It’s not even simply a matter of rudeness. I think it’s a serious issue. If someone asks you a question about getting a shot, you don’t just say«I don’t know» and force your paying customer to ask you to ask someone who does. Not everyone has the courage to be that confrontational and people’s health is possibly at stake. No one should feel like a burden when they are trying to take care of their health. I’m not on line at Best Buy. This experience did serve as a reminder to seek out a doctor in my new home town at least.

If I could give it no stars, I would. This facility is beyond ridiculous, from the time they make you wait to majority of the doctors. I dealt with Dr. Costello, which she’s possible the worst Doctor I have ever dealt with. I came in with sore throat, stuffy nose, and aches on my body. I waited 45 mins to see the doctors. When Dr Costello took me in her office she said I was fine… Took 2 minutes to examine me and released me. She gave me no medication. I had to request her to give me something since I was feeling so sick. The next day I woke up with bronchitis. Now I’m calling her 2 days later after my visit regarding my sickness and she’s avoiding me. Receptionist said I had to go back, pay a fee to SPEAK to her… This is ridiculously and so is Dr Costello.

In the positive side they have coffee, it’s a clean environment and the front desk is very nice. The doctor I saw could use to improve her bed side manner. I sprained my ankle yesterday, and was suppose start my new job today, she made me feel as if was just looking for a note and try to get out of work. I wanted to tell her that I have an impeccable work ethic and that my new employer wants to make sure I was 100%… But I didn’t. I am a Manager and it requires a lot of walking around. She said it’s no guarantee that I’ll be better by tomorrow yet gave me a note stating its ok that I «return» to work tomorrow. If she only knew that I rarely called out sick. She was judging me for sure, not sure if it’s a stereotype in her mind as I am minority in a predominately Caucasian neighborhood.
