Thank you Mayfair, for coming through for us and helping ease our burdens at a difficult time. We have always booked all our travels with them over the years well in advance, but when there was a family emergency requiring short notice travel arrangements, the Mayfair staff jumped into action and went above and beyond to coordinate accommodating us, with genuine care and compassion. They were there for us when we needed them most. High marks for consistent & reliable communication, timeliness, and excellent service. We also enjoy the personable, friendly professionalism that we have experienced with every member of the staff that we interacted with. There is only one thing I could mention in warning to other customers that we learned our first time-- which is that although it's true the Lincoln sedans technically CAN fit 3 passengers, the middle seat is a bit narrow for us, so for more than 2 grown adults I recommend requesting their Suburbans for more comfort, as our family does. It's not very much more in cost, but gets you MUCH more car. Just a tip from one very experienced customer to any new ones.
