It is a rare opportunity to find and be taught by a genuine Shaolin Master– Shifu Guolin — traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Qigong. Shaolin training by Master Guolin has definitely adjusted and strengthened my body, focused my mind. Master Guolin teaches all ages and abilities and when I have a chance, from NY-​Queens I go and take Master Guolin’s Shaolin Qigong class. I totally recommend the Shaolin practice in East Northport.
