I have been training here for about 14 years and I have loved every bit of it. It has helped me on more then one occassion and in areas other then self defense. I’ve trained here since I was a kid and I now help teach both children and adults. We have small but decent sized classes for children of all ages and a thriving teenager community. We also have several adults who train regularly. This is a great school filled with great people who will drop everything to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone.
