Order here about once or twice a week. The 2 stars I’m giving are based on the costumer service which was terrible. Usually it is awesome but not when I called 2 nights ago. The girl had me on hold for 15 mins so I hung up and called back and I guess she had forgot about me. Then when I was ode ring she kept interrupting me and kept repeating the order wrong. She kept trying to rush me off the phone as I she had something better to do. I asked her to stop interrupting me so I could finish my order and she called me a b!$@&. That was the worst experience j had calling in a order anywhere. Thank god there pizza is so amazing!!(

This is good pizza, have been ordering form here for over 15 years and it does the job. They also have fresh baked pan dulce every morning which is my favorite around. Today I went in for some pan dulce. As I walked up to the counter to get the tray I noticed they were putting some frozen Foster Farms chicken wings into the oven. Just so you all know, it’s the same bag you can get at Costco, so save yourself some money, keep them in your freezer and put them in your oven as you’re ordering your pizza… ;) Also, specify exactly how many packets of each cheese and pepper you’d like, they seem to think that 1 per person is enough for an XL pizza…

This place is kick-ass. Their delivery times are very good, their pizza is better than all of the chain pizzas around here, and they actually deliver throughout EPA. I love getting salami on my pizza from here because it’s tender enough that I can bite through easily(unlike most salami, which does the bite and slide, pulling off all of the cheese). It’s also between some of the cheese: it doesn’t sit on top, nor is it covered up by the cheese.

The pizza is good but the driver who delivered my pizza did not have the correct amount for change and just left without giving it to me. When I called to let them know they said they would send someone with the correct amount and they never did. I for sure will not be buying from here anymore.

I live in EPA ! There’s like only 3 pizza joints that deliver to my location, 1. Tony’s Pizza in Menlo Park, 2. NY Pizza in Palo Alto, &3. Emmanuel’s Pizza here in EPA. Out of the 3, I like Emmanuel’s the best & not only because they deliver to my home, but I’ve been eating their pizza since I was a kid, in fact I memorized their telephone number since I was in middle school lol I’m 24 now. Anyways I actually prefer their pizza to name brand places like Dominos, Pizza Hut, Rounds Tables, etc… not being bias, just my preference. I just love their cheese they use & how soft/big the crust is. I’m a big crust person & I love my crust to be «thick» & «bready»(if that makes sense) lol anyways you can’t go wrong with them. I love this place.

Fresh pizza pie, fast delivery(yes, delivery in EPA!)and super nice people that work there. That was the quick and dirty, now for the long winded version My wife and I bought our house in EPA at the beginning of the year. People told us its a dangerous place to live. I think they are living in 1993. Our neighbors are sweet, friendly and helpful. One of these helpful hints about the neighborhood was the super fantastic pizza down the road. After we had called Patxi’s, when we were having trouble completing our online order and was told«0h, you live in EAST Palo Alto? We don’t go there…», we called Emmanuel’s Pizza. The gal on the phone was friendly(not condescending like the Patxi’s chick) and answered all our questions about what they had to offer. Six months later, this place is a go to for a Friday night dinner in front of a good movie on the couch. 0ur usual is the medium combo w/no bell peppers. We also almost always get an order of wings as well. I hear they offer traditional Latin breakfast breads early in the mornings. 0ne of these days I will pop in and grab a few loaves.

Dang good pizza! Don’t go there to dine in because I’m pretty sure it’s carry out and delivery. But they know what they are doing and they keep it old school. I’m a New Yorker and have had a lot of good pizza and these guys are good!

When you’re here in EPA, your world changes. Pizza isn’t necessarily supposed to be good, just cheap. And all the major chains(Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Papa John’s) don’t deliver to your friend’s house, your wallet and stomach are gonna have a bad time. So I drive out to Emmanuel Pizza and Bakery, one of the few places that would deliver. I couldn’t find their menu online so I went to the location myself. Pretty small place — the one table was topped to the brim with pizzas about to be delivered, so not exactly the place to eat in. Their wall had an assorted shelf of baked goods and some drinks in the fridge. My friends and I are carnivores, so I ordered a medium All Meat pizza. $ 17.50 for 8 slices seems a bit expensive, but then I see a King Kong pizza for 40 slices at a much better deal — will have to do that when people are over! But the pizza was ready in 20 minutes — no tax on top of the menu price either. We bring it home and overall I think it’s a solid bite. I think the toppings are good, not great. Cheese was very generous, and the sauce was solid as well. I was a big fan of the crust though. Outside was crispy, but after the crunch the bread is nice and fluffy. Definitely one of the most enjoyable crusts I’ve had in a while. I think the 4.5 star average right now represents my view as well. I want to try some more combos plus their giant size, and hopefully it bumps it up to a five!

Truly a diamond in the rough. The place is located in East Palo Alto so it is a bit scary to go there. However, the pizzas here are really good. We ordered a medium combo pizza for $ 17. This place is a family owned business and they do either take out or delivery. It is not a sit in restaurant. They are also a bakery but their breads are sold out in the morning. Not only do they make their bread, they also make their own crust and it is awesome! It is not too thick and not too thin and definitely not doughy. I’m not usually a crust person but for Emmanuel’s Pizza I am! After calling in, the pizza was ready after 15 min and they took it fresh out of the oven when we came to pick it up. It smelled so good that we finished the medium sized pizza on the way home in the car!

Best pizza spot in the area. Hands down. Don’t let the look of the place or the location fool you. They deliver in EPA too unlike ALL the other pizza places. Pansies. The pizza is excellent and well worth the prices. They never skimp on the toppings and the sauce is awesome. The crust is soft but crispy and never burnt or doughy like many of the chain stores. They don’t have much of a selection on drinks but their two liters are always cold. Never flat. The staff is super friendly. If you call your order to carry out, your pizza is done within 15 – 25 minutes. I highly recommend this place is you want a quality pizza and excellent service. These guys work hard so be sure to tip well.

Pizza here is pretty good, above average crust, and ok toppings. They deliver. It’s also one of the few pizza places in the immediate area. Pricing is pretty good too. The portions are above average for this area too.

I like having a good inexpensive local pizza place for my regular pizza needs. In my area pizza is either good and expensive i.e. Applewood, or inexpensive and lousy i.e. Dominoes. I thought I would give Emmanuel Pizza a chance to be my Pizza Place. For years I have driven past Emmanuel Pizza. At first its outside appearance lead me to believe it was out-of-business and abandoned. I finally gave them a call and ordered a large pepperoni with extra sauce. My usual pizza order. The girl on the phone was nice. I arrived and found the dining area, as it is, full of delivery drivers waiting for the dinner orders to come in. There are a couple of tables with a soda fridge and a pastry case. I would call the ambiance Dirty Warehouse. This is a take-out/delivery only place. The people there were very nice and friendly. My large pepperoni pizza cost $ 16.50. More expensive then I expected. As far as I can tell there are no coupons or discounts offered. On the plus side the pizza was big. It was the size of a large pizza of 20 years ago. Not the ever shrinking large pizzas of today. The taste was average. The crust was average. The sauce was average. The cheese was average though there was lots of it. The pepperoni was average. Emanuel Pizza is A-Ok but it isn’t the good/inexpensive pizza place I’ve been looking for. I’ll keep looking.

As I pulled out of my garage earlier this week, I realized one of my tires was super flat(like rim on the ground). I looked up the nearest tire repair shop on Unilocal, which led me on a drive here at 10 mph. Sadly there was no tire repair shop around. But a lady from the nearby Care Nutrition shop saw me and came over to help. She translated everything into Spanish for the guys at Emmanuel Pizza, and they helped me get my flat tire off with a «gato»(car jack) and my spare tire on so that I could drive far enough to a car repair shop near my work. All of them refused to accept anything in return, and I am forever grateful. When’s the last time you heard of restaurant workers helping a random non-customer with their flat tire? I will buy anything and everything they make — they are wonderful people and not just a business out to make money. I will definitely be ordering pizza from them soon, and will report back!
