This review is specifically for the Patchogue office. the women in the office were rude to my wife when she made her appointment on the automated system it made it for the same day before the call how is that even possible. when she showed up for her appointment the woman very rudely said this appointment was for yesterday. my wife then very calmly said how could I have made an appointment for yesterday before I even called in to the system. they then proceeded to tell her that she would have to wait. my wife and I waited for well over an hour. there has to be a better way to treat patients. if you can avoid this place at all costs they are rude and unprofessional.

This review is for the company in general, no a specific location. As a patient it is impossible to contact the local branch & speak to a human being. After going through 2 separate telephone numbers & multiple automated menus my call call was finally answered by a human who wanted to know the purpose of just why I had to talk to my local branch(I wanted to know if my Drs ofc faxed over the paperwork so I didn’t make a trip for nothing — which has happened before). After being placed on hold she said she’d transfer the call… WAIT… can I have the # in case the call is disconnected? NO. So the call goes through & the lab tech at the local branch is dealing with some pedatric emergency & asks me to call back & hangs up, Nice patient services!
