Zwanger Pesiri

Awful. One of the worst medical places I have ever gone to.
Made an appointment for two tests, and I was told they would be back to back. The person on the phone screwed up and actually scheduled me at 4 for one test, and 7 for another — when the first test was only 3 – 5 minutes. The person on the phone also kept me on the phone forever and needed me to explain my name about 7 times, when I have a really easy name to spell. And YET she STILL spelled it wrong in the system.
They made me wait an hour just to get the simple CT that takes less than 5 minutes — and I arrived early for my appointment to allow for paperwork time, too.
Then they made me to go to their Medford location to get the second test that they had scheduled at 7pm — so I could get it done earlier. It was ridiculous. There were a lot of people left waiting for awhile for their tests. Any other radiology place I have gone to has gotten me in and out very efficiently, Zwanger Pesiri is a disorganized mess.
However, the techs themselves were wonderful. Everyone else? Not so much.
Save your precious time and go to any other radiology place on the island.

If you ever need any type of radiological service this office at 285 Sills is the most patient friendly inviroment my wife and I have been too. HIGHLY RECCOMEND them.
