This place is a gem for craft brew singles — a whole rack full of awesome 75 and 99 cent finds. One of the only places I buy my beer for value. It’s clean enough. Service is good enough. Parking is easy enough. Not the place I would stock up for a huge party or search for rarer wines, but it gets the job done. But seriously — check out the singles rack.

People that works here are rude and has no regard for their customers. I would never buy here anymore. I’ve told my family and friends to take their money somewhere else. No customer service whatsoever

Out of all the liquor stores in the area, Phil Gasbarro’s is the one I visit least often. This location can be difficult to manage… the organization of their products is often in disarray, six-packs can be identified by an index card or written-in label, and as another Unilocaler noted… the wine selection is quite difficult to peruse given their set up by country. On the other hand, it certainly makes visiting this location an adventure. I have come here enough times having left making an exciting discovery or finding an amazing deal that it keeps me coming back to see if I can hit the lottery. This store sells a large number of their beers in homemade six-packs either packaged in plastic or reused cardboard packaging. They also sell single beers priced per bottle which can lead to some interesting finds. Hit it on a good day and you can leave with a 750 ml of UV vodka for $ 8! Not bad at all. Compared to the Chris Gasbarro’s down the street, this place could use a bit of cleaning up. It can be difficult and awkward to maneuver through the store and I never want to stay for too long but I can usually head out finding something to suit my needs. Plenty of boxes to grab on your way out if needed. There is a nice selection of nips at the registers which are nice and easy to look through. Some liquor stores keep the nips at a distance behind the registers but this place has them in a glass case all neatly lined for easy shopping at eye level.

I like this place. They have cheap beer, good selection of liquor, and they know me by name! Haha.

Here’s your average liquor store. We come here about once a week. They have an OK selection of wines, but probably more of a place to go just to pick up something random not find something specific. They have a decent selection of booze and a couple coolers of beers. They also have a good selection of nips, if that’s what you’re into.

Low-price sixer bags An aromatic assault My last-ditch beer stop There’s one good thing about this Gasbarro site, otherwise it’s just about the worst liquor store in the area. They sell single bottles, so if you’re looking for a good six-pack price, look for the knotted plastic bags in the cooler and expect to pay less than $ 6 even for better brands. Aside from the low-priced sixers, there’s no other reason I’d ever stop here. From the incredibly slow checkout to the overwhelming smell of stale sweat and dirt, this place is offensive on several different levels. The wine organization is also annoying, as it’s separated by country, not by type. If you’re looking for a good Shiraz, say, you have to check all the aisles to see what’s out there instead of just going to the Shiraz section, etc. Overall, the smell alone is just about enough to keep me away, and the wine organization puts it well over the top.
