I went into Metro today for my brother who just recently had a stroke there was a young lady named Gina and I can't tell you how kind she was to my brother... explaining everything to him .. she took that extra step to help somebody with a disability thank you again Gina for all that time and effort you really made my brother's day... he loves his phone and I would always go back to Metro just because how gracious you were to take that time... your customer service is excellent you know how to sale your products the company should only know how good you are...DebbiLee and Brad ley

Do NOT listen to these people if they offer you the Sky Device phone. The phone SUCKS. The phone does not charge properly, and you are stuck with the phone for a year with your «no contract» service. HELL NO!

This Metro has to be the worst of them all! A majority of the staff have no clue as to what they’re doing, are extremely immature and unprofessional! I purchased a phone for my son, but from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere! Giving them 1 star is being very generous!
