This is my go to place when my device need TLC or anything really. They always provide excellent customer service whether it’s helping me fix issues with my device, applying new screen covers for me, recommending the right headphones or cases. They will go above and beyond to ensure i remain satisfied customer and recognize me each time i come in.

Horribly Incompetent and understaffed. They’re worse than the DMV. They have no clue what they’re doing. There’s also nowhere comfortable to sit either.
