17 Minutes from when the order went through on line until delivery. Everything correct, delivery guy was courteous. Cant ask for much more!

Drive thru was perfect for a cold day! Vito was good as always — friendly staff and the whole process was completed in less than a minute.

Ok… I LOVE jimmy john’s food, so I really didn’t want to write this review. However, two bad experiences there in a row seem to be a trend(neither were during busy times, so they can’t be brushed off as rushed mistakes). The first bad experience was the Monday before Christmas. My family and I ordered five sandwiches online for pick-up, plus some sides. We got there, and one other lady was in front of us, also picking up an order. They handed us a bag, we paid, then we got to the car. I looked inside, and there were two sandwiches and nothing else. I thought«oh, they forgot to give us the other bag.» We went back in, but it turns out they swapped our orders and gave ours away to the lady before us. Of course, she was long gone and made out like a bandit paying $ 16 for $ 40 worth of jimmy johns. They apologized, and immediately started remaking our order as quickly as they could. They gave us our order, but when we checked it again, they left out the two Slim 5s that we ordered. They made those for us, and we were on our way. They were all very polite and apologetic, but it irked me a bit that neither the employee who retrieved our orders from the counter nor the employee who handled the transaction checked the names on either receipt, or else they would have caught the mistake when they handed our order to the lady before us. The second experience was today; we ordered three regular subs, a cookie, a pickle, and a Slim Four for our 8 year-old. We paid, pulled around, and realized that the slim four wasn’t in there. Pulled back up to the drive-through, they made it, and we left. About ten minutes later on the road, my husband asks for his chocolate chip cookie. Surprise, no cookie in the bag. The receipt shows that we were charged for it, but it wasn’t worth driving through AGAIN just to get it. I could understand if this were during a jam-packed lunch hour, but this was close to 3PM and the parking lot and drive through were empty. I’ve never had an issue with the food itself, but what good is «freaky fast» service if it leads to repeated errors and missed items on the order? I’d rather they take a minute and get it right.

They are FAST. I’ve gone here about 4 times — only the drive thru and it’s very quick. I like the veggie sub with sprouts. Very good. This place is better priced than subway, better tasting than jrecks… just doesn’t beat a wegmans sub(but wegmans doesn’t have a drive thru).

Clean, delicious, and fast as always. Nothing else needs to be said! Comes with full/usual jimmy johns menu and the delivery service was fast as well. Here in SYR on business and enjoyed being able to grab a quick bite.

I recently stayed at a hotel very close to this location and have seen Jimmy John’s shops on other business trips. I decided to stop in for a quick lunch due to time constraints and was I ever glad I did. First this location was clean and I was surprised how clean everything was even checked out the bathroom spotless. Btw if you do use the bathroom take time and read all the sayings and signs very funny. At the counter as it was my first time in a Jimmy John’s didn’t really know what I wanted or what they had. I let a couple of people order ahead of me then as I was reading the girl behind the cash offered to help no soup nazi here just friendly employees. So your wondering what I ordered… Plain Slim #3 and boy was it good!!! I would have to say the best chain tuna sandwich ever… I hope the people of Syracuse support this location so next time I am in town I can stop by for my favorite…

The food is great… LOVE the grainy bread piled high with fresh ingredients. I know I should only eat half, & save the rest for later, but… The people are really friendly and up beat, but not yet as fast as other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to.

It’s JJ’s and it’s also clear every employee has only been working there for 10 minutes. It took 3 people and like 600 discussions to get me a diet coke.

I was none too happy to see Starbucks go, but if it had to go for JJ to move in, then so long Starbucks! Italian nightclub on a sub roll is out… standing! Super fast drive through, friendly workers, great food!

This review is actually for the new location on Circle Drive in Cicero, NY. I couldn’t find a listing for it, so I’m reviewing it here. Being a franchise, I’d assume there is some level of consistency. Had a rockin good sub tonight from here. My wife stopped on the way home and got me a «country club» and it was quite good. The bread tasted better than subway and the sub was pretty hearty. I don’t think it was a 12″ sub, but it filled me more than a subway«footling»(which aren’t usually 12″ either). More meat, less empty bread at the ends. A filling delicious sub for a fair price. I’ll definitely be going again. Oh, and according to my wife, they were lightning fast– all THREE of our subs were ready by the time she got to the window to pay!

I have not heard of Jimmy John’s until recently and the sandwiches here are great. The only real drawback is the fact that the menu is quite limited. What they do offer is really tasty, convenient, and reasonably priced.

I went to jimmy johns the other day and it was outstanding, the subs are better than subway and quiznos. and the restaurant was nice, scattered on the walls there were humorous jokes that I thought was pretty funny and also in the bathrooms. I plan to eat here alot in the future.

I have to admit, I have a bit of a crush on Jimmy John’s. I know they have been around for awhile and they are probably all over the rest of the country, but they are fairly new to Syracuse. There has been one for a couple of years on Marshall St up by Syracuse U — but since I don’t venture up there all that often(and not often to grab a sub), when they opened up a new location off Carrier Circle, I knew I was gonna be hooked. A few visits later, and my suspicion has been confirmed. It’s nice to find a sub shop with a drive through if you are in a hurry — sure bets Subway or Jreck Subs. I typically like a more meat and cheese sub and they offer the«plain slims» for people like me — meat of choice, cheese, and condiments. Simple, quick, and cheap. They also offer«unwich» versions of their sandwiches which are a low carb option — has a lettuce wrap instead of bread. This attention to customer dietary choices/restrictions is nice to see. So far, with it being a new location, I’ve had no issues with this Jimmy John’s. They are always well staffed and friendly. If you’re in the Carrier Circle area, give ‘em a shot.
