I’ve moved several times over the last few years and have had my extra stuff in storage at a couple of different places and Extra Space Storage is by far the best. Not only are the people that work there super nice and helpful, but the place is clean and feels very safe. I never worry about going in by myself to pick up or drop off something. Thanks for all your help, Tina!

After I had just lost my job in Baltimore when i moved back to MA with my parents so I kept some of my furniture and things in storage. The billing transition from my MD storage unit to one in MA was fairly easy. When I lost all my identification, credit cards, and account numbers in a house fire, these people were the only ones who cut me a break. They even called to check on me to see what my family needed.
The place is clean and secure and customer service is decent.

Take your items elsewhere. I’m paying to have my daughter and my grandchildren’s items stored here. They’ve gone up on the rates twice in 13 months. Paying $ 154.00 a month for a 10×10 unit is ridiculous. $ 9.00 of that is for insurance that they force you to buy. If They’re so secure, climate controlled, etc. why should I have to pay for insurance to begin with??? If anything THEY should pay for the insurance seeing as it’s in their care!

Went in to check out the place and found them to be fairly unfriendly. Also, got a high pressure sell (book now or the price will go up!). If I wanted this kind of service, I would go to a car dealer. Keep in mind that some of your customers know how to use that thing called «the internet» and might have already seen cheaper prices online. So, no, I won’t be renting from you.
