I joined KFIT about a month ago, and have not regretted my decision in the least. I consider myself to be relatively fit, but does this boot camp kick my butt! I always leave each class feeling like a worked hard, got a good workout, and very accomplished.
The trainers are fantastic at modifying the exercises to everyone’s individual fitness level, and the level of support from not only the trainers but all the other great women at KFIT is fantastic. From the ladies who are just starting on their fitness journey to those who are rocking it every day, no one is made to feel self conscious. Everyone is supported!
I wish I could go more often!
