Used their services recently for a move out cleaning. Previously had spoken to them on the phone and agreed on a price of $ 150 for a 2 b/​r room condo. Showed up 15 mins late and they sped off to a great start. About 1 hr into the cleaning, the dude came to me and told me that he would need an additional $ 100 for hauling the trash from the 3rd floor. I said no, and he basically told me that I will have to haul the trash out — which I did. I was honestly hoping to find someone to come and clean our new home on a regular basis. Tipped them $ 20. The last $ 20, they will ever get from me.
