Horrible service, subpar food. The waitress brought out the wrong food 3 times. By the time my water was refilled my meal was already complete. Poor service, it took over 3 times asking and 30 minutes to get napkins and a water. Would not recommend eating here. PLEASEAVOID.

Watched the bartender(Danielle) cuss out a customer because she refused to make his bill right after serving him a dirty beer from the tap and charged him for his next beer. The spineless manager did nothing but watch her treat the customer like this. I can’t believe this chain would hire staff like this. Absolutely disgusting and so unprofessional. I would never recommend this place and never would return to this POS place. Tip: next time, make the bill right– you may get a huge tip from doing that. And don’t complain about your hourly wage. It’s uncalled for, sad, and embarrassing for you.

Service was horrible. Our server hovered around and constantly asked if we were ready to order. Then after we got our food and then finished our dinner, he was no where to be found and we waited for the check for a long time. We ordered 4 appetizers and loved the potstickers and the Jack Daniels sampler but we were not impressed with the Sriracha chicken wings and crab cakes. We normally enjoy the food but left disappointed. We also wanted dessert to go but it took forever to receive that once we finally got to ask for our check. The cheesecake and whiskey cake were okay but nothing to write home about.

If they were trying to unimpress they succeeded. Worst Friday’s visit ever. I had the steak and lobster. Food so so and the place wasn’t really clean. Won’t be back to this one. East Windsor location.

I used to go to this place a long time ago. They used to be good maybe I’ve just gotten older and pickier either way they are terrible. the burgers are flat and floppy patty which they smother with seasoned salt and sauce so when you ask for medium rare it’s still a hockey puck. for some reason the kitchen always backs up to the point of inless you’re drinking and don’t realize how long your food is really taking you can end up being there for hours. the service is very good never had a bad server. offered sliders and they were small hockey pucks with grilled onions. the manager was in the kitchen trying to expediate orders going out and sliders went to other table so in the end of waiting almost an hour for food the manager comped our meal. so birthday dessert I get. will stick to diner burgers and less aggravation. Sorry tgif. You are too salty and do not taste good at all.

Came here for a fun night with friends and have some mixed opinions. We ordered appetizers, and most were great(especially the potato skins). We all opted for the endless apps deal for $ 12 where once you finished your appetizer, they would refill your plate, and we all shared. What is not made clear to the customer is that you are not allowed to share the apps, and the only way to discover this is to read the(really) fine print. The manager ended up understanding the issue and was very understanding of the issue, so we luckily didn’t have to spend extra money in the long run. Our waitress Anna was extraordinary for a new girl(it was her first night) and overall the food was okay.

Not busy in bar area around 8pm. Finally greeted after 6min. Had to get up and interrupt her conversation with her friend to ask if we could order. My order came out wrong. My fiancé sat with his food because he had no silverware. After waiting, we had to get up and ask another server for silverware. No water refills while our waters sat empty on the edge of the table for her to see. Again, had to get up to ask an employee. Once the correct order arrived, she never came to check if everything was ok. When she finally came over after we were clearly done, all she said was«did joe tell you he’s taking care of you now?» «No he did not» «Oh well joe is» I was somewhat happy they bought my dinner. But it’s not about the money. We just wanted at least decent service. It was the worst service we ever had. We both work in the food industry and were greatly disappointed with Megan.

I haven’t been to this place in years but it’s for a specific reason. The service there is terrible. We patiently waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to come over to take our drink order. After the cost mediocre drink, we asked for the check and went to dinner somewhere else. Seriously not worth the hassle.

We were in the area and wanted to have a late lunch. We figured Friday’s was a safe place to go — we go to other locations often enough. This was a rather disappointing trip. The wait staff was slow even though it was very quiet in there, the food was not fresh — our French fries tasted like they had been sitting around all day — and I had asked for sweet potato fries in the first place. My husband ordered very greasy fish and chips which he blotted with a napkin and then decided not to eat. The waitress didn’t notice or didn’t care that his food had barely been touched. The only good thing was that we happened to show up during happy hour so our appetizers and drinks were reduced priced. Overall, extremely disappointed with our meal, even though we normally consider Friday’s a «safe» place to stop.

It’s TGI Fridays, so drinks, appetizers and burgers should not be difficult to execute for customers. Unfortunately, I have tried having a hamburger here on more than 2 occasions only to be served a well-done, dry patty when the order was for medium. If a hamburger doesn’t come out properly, how does the restaurant do with steaks?

I came here after watching a movie with friends, and frankly I left a bit disappointed in the food. I ordered salmon and my other friend ordered pasta. The rest all got $ 12 unlimited appetizers. Frankly, I wish I ordered the unlimited appetizers because the appetizers are actually really yummy. I could barely eat the salmon because it was extremely dry. On the bright side, the service was good. Our waitress was really nice and came by often.

Can’t say I set the bar high for this place. Pros: Beer is cheap during happy hour($ 3-$ 4) which is a plus. And they have tvs. Cons: Food– To be expected, mediocre quality food. The fries were stale. Big no-no for any bar. Service was not good. The bartender was busy at first, but even when it slowed down, we were still checked on once every half hour. Our fries were nearly forgotten. And we weren’t the only ones, a few other customers had trouble getting another drink or a food order in. Basically this place is only good for cheap beer and to catch a game. There’s better bars out there.

My girlfriend and I went here after visiting six flags since it was on the way back home. The reason I felt compelled to give this place a one star was because of our server. The food was great but when it came to our server it was a different story. We complained about the Long Island iced tea being watered down and our server«Mark» just said” there should be alcohol in it, let me get back to you on that”. It honestly tasted like a Teavana sample that you get from the mall. Turns out mark would later come to our table 5 minutes later asking if everything was alright.(completely ignoring the previous remark about the drink). Wouldn’t come back again. 1⁄5

I think that this is one of the better Friday’s out there. They have a happy hour all day on Sunday’s in both the bar area and dinning room. Discounted drinks and half priced appetizers. The service was quick and friendly. That being said, we did not feel rushed. I would recommend this Friday’s to anyone and we definitely try it again.

after years of frequenting this location, i’ve come to this conclusion: average TGIFridays fare, with consistently below-average service. food: consistent with other TGIFridays, and i’ve never had any issues. i’m that difficult jerknut who orders stuff on the side/no cheese/extra sauce, and it usually comes out right. the jack daniel’s chicken sandwich is probably one of the messiest sandwiches i’ve ever eaten, but i love it. pretty sure you could dip just about anything in that jack daniels sauce and i’d think it was delicious. service: ugh. i’ve been here countless times since they opened when i was in high school, and the service has always been pretty bad. from the host/hostess(well, if there is one of those… they’re typically missing in action, leaving long lines of people waiting to be seated), to disengaged bartenders and suuuuuper unattentive waiters/waitresses, it all pretty much stinks. if you’re dead-set on going to a Friday’s but don’t want horrible service… you’re in luck! there’s a TGIFridays about 10 minutes further south on rt. 130(near hamilton marketplace) that’s pretty great… or another one about 15 minutes west, off of rt. 1 in the princeton marketfair mall).

Went on a Friday night. Nobody there. Sat at the bar had the fish and chips. Terrible!!! Besides the obviousness of the frozen pre — battered Gordons Fisherman type of weird triangle shaped, nasty«beer battered cod, they had the nerve to give the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I thought it was a child’s portion. I mean come on. really 17 frenchfries. Then the«bartender» «EMO» girl never once asked if we needed anything. No ketchup, salt, pepper, «how are you»? Nothing! !! But she found time to eat chicken tenders in the corner with other servers. She wasn’t even tending to the other customers. In fact we never saw her again until we were 100% done eating. Skip this place!!! And not that inexpensive either.

The restaurant is average. Food, drinks, environment, service all vary from time of the day to what dish or drink you get. Food-the food is definitely over priced for the quality you get, but they do send out a lot of coupons such as free appetizer, free desserts, or 15% off with 2 entrees, etc. My sister used to work there, and she told me that most of the food are frozen and they just pop them in the microwave. The food is definitely not too fresh. Drinks– most drinks are not that strong, but they do have a huge selection of cocktails and drinks. Also during happy hour, the drinks and apps are half priced, which is amazing! :) because then it’s worth it. Environment-they have a pretty spacious bar and restaurant area, so that’s good! The noise level is not bad either. Service– not bad. I just don’t like how different servers bring your food and drinks out and I get confused who to ask or who is actually«the» server for our table. Sometimes there are very on point and quick but at times they do get busy and forget about you.

Not my favorite TGIF. When things are calm the service and food are generally fine but when things pick up they can both take a little hit. Last visit they managed to really mess up my wife’s order and then give us a hard time about it. Finally, and this might be just me, I’m seeing the quality of TGIF food just go down in general. Take a look at what’s on your plate and take a look at the food in the menu. Can you honestly tell me they look alike? In most cases it’s definitely not the case.
