Had the best experience here! Was in a major hurry Tracy and Brittnie helped me find exactly what I was looking for & more! Went over and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. Very helpful and outstanding customer service. Upper management should be proud to have these two ladies working for their company!

The employees here are very friendly, courteous, and willing to help. The store looks neat and clean whenever I have to stop in. And their 20% off coupons are fantastic when having to purchase expensive items (like a toaster oven, for example). Convenient location and a good place to shop.

Normally BBB is a great place, but today I went in to return something and this witch must have just flown in to work on her broom because she was the worst cashier! She was older and weathered looking with reddish hair. If you go, steer clear of her!
I have a complaint tho, the item I was returning was purchased from their website. What they do is give you a shipping paper that has NO PRICE on it. She tried giving me their clearance price in her lousy snotty I dont give a crap about you attitude and I told her no way that’s not what I paid! She was not interested in helping me at all I had to be persistent to get what I paid back! It’s not my fault their company doesn’t ship the proper receipt! So be forewarned if you get something from their site then take your email with you as well for proof of what you paid!
But again I am so tired of these snotty sales people, don’t the morons realize they would have NO JOB if we didn’t come in to purchase items? I hope she gets fired, I am calling their HQ next!

I really dig this place but you have to watch what you buy. First of all… if you look hard enough or wait long enough, you will be able to find a coupon in the mail or an email with 20% off. Someone told me something important about these 20% coupons that I would like to share with you all. Even if the coupons are expired, they will still honor them! So don’t throw them away!
If your looking for some home décor like paintings and things for the wall, they have some awesome clearance deals most of the time. On top of the clearance price, you can still use your 20% coupon which is really awesome!
Just be care full with some of the things you want to buy. I’ve seen lower prices on some of their items if you order through them on line. If you order on line, you can still use your coupon and at this point in time, any order over $ 49 comes with free shipping. They are pretty prompt with emails and shipping. If you order from them on line and you do not like your item, you can return it at your local store which is pretty cool.

BB&B makes me happy. They offer many of the same kitchen products that I would buy at W-​S for a cheaper price. When I need some random gadget or a gift for a friend that I don’t love enough to plop down big dollars at W-​S, this is where I go. This is also my go-​to store for soft goods, like sheets, curtains & towels.
You can always find someone to help you, and if you got on a «busy» day, they’ll have a large enough variety of staff that you can find someone to actually provide you product advice. We found that very helpful when doing our bridal registry a few years ago. But if you show at a 9 pm at night, don’t expect their A staff. They’re also pretty slow at pulling people off the floor to run registers, so it’s not uncommon to have a decent wait to check out.
It’s a solid option if you need a home item… they don’t carry the same high quality goods that you’ll find at W-​S, but they do offer a wide variety of mid and low priced goods that’ll get you stocked.

Normally, I don’t bother to rate big chain stores since there homogenization is, well, just that– they’re usually indistinguishable from one another. There’s no way to tell if you’re in Idaho or Hawaii, which, I suppose can be comforting to some, but alas, I digress.
I’m motivated to sing the praises of this particular big-​box establishment because of one person– the kind lady in the window treatment aisle, Cathi. Not only was she helpful and patient, she put up with me for the better part of ten minutes whilst I agonized over which panels to get for the boudoir– there’s too much light in there, y’see.
So, she was awesome in addition to the fact that there were about two or three employees in every section– normally these places are a cavernous vacuum of helpful staff and I’m stuck in the spatula aisles (yes, they have plural aisles for stirring utensils), where no one can hear you scream.
It’s a bit out of my way, but I’m going to make a point of swinging by this location should I find myself sans perfect spatula or some other vital household utensil.
