This is the most helpful Michaels staff I have ever worked with, west coast or east. We did a custom framing order and we’re very satisfied with the service we received. Thanks for all of the great suggestions, Mark! You were creative, enthusiastic and a good listener. My family and I have had consistently good experiences at this store.

Huge store.
Extensive selection.
Very well maintained and neat.
Excellent customer service.
I was really impressed with their picture frames section… They had some nice, quality frames…
My only negative was some items were over-​priced.
About 4.5 stars for me…

Every time I go here, there’s more and more stuff I want. I’ve always loved their picture frames, their scrapbooking section is great, and you just cant beat some of their deals/​prices. I’d always come back to this Michael’s.
