Very disappointed with the service we received from Jacob. Then to top it off he apologized for the poor service when he gave us the bill!!! So he knew we were receiving extremely poor service and… they were not very busy. I saw someone earlier in a review discussed how great Jacob was very attentive. His personality tonight seemed to match the service we received. The other table near us was just as disappointed with the service. And why isn’t the manager visiting tables? Especially since they were not busy. He did deliver our food, but when asked for napkins because the waiter spilt coffee on my uncle he gave no reply. Now let’s just pretend he(the manager) did not hear my comment. I would think he would wipe the table off at least, not hand the napkins to me!!! Our dishes were never removed from the table as we finished. By the end if we had wanted dessert, I wonder were they would have put it? Again, this was not a busy night. I do need to mention the hostess was a lovely and welcoming young lady. I didn’t catch her name, but she was the best part of our dinner!!!(I think her name may have been Shawn? Sorry if I’m wrong)

How sad. I’m going to assume that it’s just this location, and say upfront this review is mostly about the service. The food was just ok to meh. Many things tasted«reconstituted» or reheated. I don’t eat at places like this normally; this was at the request of in-laws. The true issue here was our server Hanna L. Inattentive, apathetic, and bordering on rude. No real greeting when she arrived. All menus were handed to one person rather than passed out. When we asked for a few more minutes to look over the menu, she pretty much disappeared. After the food arrived we never saw her again until it was time for the check. Annoying especially since we needed butter for our breakfast items and coffee/drink refills. I watched this behavior at her other tables so I know it wasn’t just us. Her, coupled with mediocre food, gave this restaurant their single star.

As usual the food was good, however the experience was ruined by the extremely cold temperature of the restaurant. When it was mentioned to the shift supervisor that she notice all the patrons were wearing their heavy coats, he response was«There’s nothing we can do about it. During the summer the thermostat was changed so many times that management has locked it so we can’t adjust it.» What ever happened to customer service and common sense?

First visit to this Bob Evans, new to area. The server Brooke was cheerful and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well lighted. The fried eggs were cooked perfectly, grits were smooth and biscuits were fluffy. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was the wifi was poor. Ended up using Panera to download and upload my files.

While I usually enjoy a good Bob Evans sausage biscuits and gravy, today’s service was meh. It’s like the server decided to show up and play like the Baltimore Ravens going 1 – 7. She totally forgot to check on drinks, mixed up the orders and fumbled the bill. Hopefully the next time we’ll get a better performance.

Food was fine but service is terrible. Was there around 7pm on a Saturday night. Waited 13 minutes for a waitress. Took another 30 minutes for food. Clean restaurant.

OK, it’s a chain restaurant and you have to adjust your expectations accordingly. Breakfasts are standard fare, but they’re prepared well and served promptly. Was rather surprised to read the reviews of poor service, as the times we’ve stopped in this location the service has always been very good, no matter if they’re busy or not. All in all, not exactly a place I’d go out of my way to visit for a meal, but if I’m in the area, it’s pretty good.

Just left from having breakfast at Bob Evans in Easton. I am sad to say that the service here does not live up to the friendly, on-top-of-it service we have come to expect from the chain. It wasn’t precisely unfriendly, but was painfully slow and inefficient. That’s a real shame since the food was good and the place was spotless. Our impression was that the complacent attitude displayed was the norm. Hopefully, they were simply having an off day.

Good hometown food, plenty of reasonably priced options. Great chocolate chunk cookies. Service was slightly lacking but not too bad

Visited on a friday and the place had two other tables. Took an hour for basic breakfast plates. DONOTEATHERE, food is bad and the service is even worse.

Without a doubt, the slowest, most disorganized place I have ever been. In a nearly empty place(6 tables occupied) it took an hour to get 4 breakfast plates, The manger sat at a table doing paperwork, while 10 feet away our waitress joked about how messed up the cooks were when we asked about the delays. Mismanagement in the front makes me worry about what mistakes they are doing with food safety in the back. AVOID, plenty of options within a few miles
