Outstanding pizza all around– Bianca [a little too oily], mushroom [all-star quality, the pick of the litter], and a neopiltan [mozzarella and tomato]. Didn’t care much for the corn meal base on the crust, but understand that’s chef’s choice. Solid service, felt well taken café of all evening. Heather did a great job. Superb décor and ambience for a delightful meal. Will absolutely return!

Attentive staff. Husband enjoyed his mussels. We tried two of the salads. They were way overpriced for what they were… small portions of tired, wilted greens. We won’t be back.

A great summer evening vibe. The medjool date and white cheddar arugula with toasted almonds salad was tasty, albeit only the size of an appetizer. We ordered two pizzas for 4 people(each pizza is about 10″) and they were perfect sharing sizes. The staff was exceptionally friendly to us as well — they happily indulged us with 3 – 4 refills of their foccacia bread(so good).

One of my favorite places to eat in Easton! Casual, comfortable vibe with interesting artwork for sale on the walls. Interesting wines by the glass, including a Turkish white and a grüner from PA. Service can be slow. Food is always delicious. They just added a harissa flank steak sandwich to their menu and it is superb. The sandwich comes with grilled asparagus and zucchini on thick cut bread. The turkey and Brie is also a good choice, and the burger is solid but not anything special. The pizza is surprisingly good for a place that doesn’t really tout it. 5 stars.

We were looking forward to a nice meal at Out of the Fire this past weekend based on the recommendation of a friend. The service was delightful and attentive, and the ambiance laid back and inviting. We loved the idea of sustainable foods from local sources. The food was good, but overpriced for the proportions and what it was. The fettuccini puttanesca was a small enough serving that It left me wondering if it was one of their featured small plates and the others at the table made joking comments about the small portion, referring to it as the little dish. A pasta dish of this size, which doesn’t include any meat or seafood just doesn’t merit the price charged. The pizzas are good as well, but likewise overpriced. Dinner for three, including pasta, two small pizzas and sangria was $ 130, including tip. Leaving a restaurant hungry when you spend this kind of money on casual dining is troubling. Glad we tried it, so we will know to try others next time out.

This was a great find on my recent visit to Easton. My mom had a quiche accompanied by a beautiful green salad and I had the vegetarian black bean burger with naan bread, which also came with salad. Food was very tasty, and the service was warm and friendly. This is the kind of place you’d go frequently if you were a local. Nice art of a local artist(or at least local landmarks) on the walls for sale.

Ordered a pizza with prosciutto. However, it came without it. When I pointed this out to the server, he told me it was ground up into the sauce. What kind of BS is that!

Delicious food and excellent service! The crust on the pizza was crispy and light but doughy at the same time — basically perfect. I tried the saffron and chocolate chip cookie dough ice creams for dessert which were both amazingly rich, creamy, and sweet. Our waitress was wonderful as well and gave us lots of helpful suggestions with picking our food.

The best place in Easton if not the Eastern Shore! Always a great and healthy menu with lots of updates specials. The wine selection is thought out and the environment is peaceful. The staff are always reliable and friendly and the service is always excellent! Not to mention a recurring selection of new and/or local art on the walls.

I fell in love as soon as I walked in the door. The food tastes just as delicious as it smells! And the décor is cozy and inviting. Sitting at the chef’s bar, I can watch the artists create masterpieces. I had the caprese pizza. Wish I had room in my stomach to eat more food! I will definitely come back here on the next business trip.

Always a nice experience at out of the fire, good kitchen side seating„ nice wine, and a couple much needed revisions to the menu. Just had the stir fry chicken w cashews, they can kick it up a notch for you if you like a little heat on it, the radish salad was good, and the vermont??? Vodka they have there is very clean,??? Or so many of the wait staff told me:) a well rehearsed line I guess. Friendly staff good service and no fricking parsley all over there food, don’t keep it green, keep it clean, 86 the parsley. Pizza here also is very well done. This place is about as good as Easton gets, the entrance is Un remarkable, and easily missed,

We love this restaurant! The food is always fresh, delicious and creative, and the service is impeccable. This is our favorite local place for a special occasion — we’ve been coming here for birthdays and anniversaries for years! The best restaurant in Easton!

Such a nice gem of a restaurant. The food was excellent and with excellent service. We all had soup and salad, all just perfect. The dessert was amazing, even gluten/dairy free(and nobody could tell!). The waitress and owner were so kind, welcoming and inviting.

We stopped in for lunch on our way to St. Michaels. We wanted to explore Easton It’s a clean, beautifully decorated place. Art on the colorful walls and an eclectic menu. I tried a special sweet and sour tomato soup that was delicious. Susan had a soft shell crab salad. And I had their black bean burger All excellent. All delicious. Great service from a knowledgeable server.

This is a favorite spot for family who lives in the area, but it was my first time. Delicious food and warm, friendly service. We ate a little lighter for dinner — Meze platter of hummus, tapenade and beet dip was tasty and fun to share. We also tried the corn with goat cheese. So simple but delicious — I’ll have to remember this for home. Lastly we ordered the fig, prosciutto and goat cheese pizza — yum. Artsy atmosphere and I love their mission and use of local ingredients. Put this in your«must visit» list. I can’t wait to go back.

The staff was extremely nice and I really wanted to enjoy the pizza but it was mediocre at best. The crust was thick for this style and the sauce was sweet in a bad way. The sausage pizza tasted like it had barbecue sauce on it. The sausage itself just tasted like crumbled meat and needed much more flavor. The Bianco was actually okay but severely overpowered by thyme. It needed much more fresh garlic. Everything needed salt and seasoning. As an aside, I think mentioning the barbecue sauce or thyme on the menu would make sense as they really were the main flavor of each respective pizza. I will say my 6 yr old son seemed to like his pizza which is nice but my wife and I found it bland. I hope this was just an off night or the regular chef was out. We might try again because of the good reviews but, based on the pizza, our first experience was not worthy of a return visit.

The lemongrass coconut milk ice cream is divine. The owner said they make it at the restaurant and they have a constantly changing selection. That alone would make it a summer favorite. The appetizer plate was fab — the goat cheese was simply amazing, the pita was warm, the olive tapenade is ridiculous tart/sour/AWESOME, and the vegetables were all fresh and hearty. I got the proscuitto/goat cheese/fig pizza, and it hit that perfect balance between innovative and familiar. The crust was nicely crunchy, the cheese was tart, and the fig fam played off the mozzarella without overwhelming it. The sauce tasted fresh, and homemade.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice, and the second time was just as spectacular and exciting as the first. This is the perfect place to go with a few close friends, an adults-only family get-together, or of course on date night. The energy of the space perfectly complements their food and their mission as a business. I only wish that I lived closer so that I could patronize this incredible place more often. The most important thing to me is how much they clearly care about their customers. The service is absolutely lovely, with all of the servers showing a wide knowledge of the menu items. The décor is fun and inviting, with the work of local artists featured across the walls. They ensure that everyone feels welcome to eat there, with menu options for those who are both vegetarian and gluten-free and a notice of their willingness to try to accommodate any other dietary restrictions that guests might have. The best way to explore this restaurant, in my opinion, is to get a bunch of things collectively and share plates rather than to order traditional entrees. While I definitely would like to try some of their main dishes in the future, the appetizers and pizzas are so good that you certainly don’t have to. Between my two visits there, we tried the zucchini fritters, the basil and mozzarella pizza, the goat cheese and mushroom pizza, and the meze platter. The only thing I personally didn’t love were the fritters, but that’s largely due to my pre-existing dislike of dill. The meze is absolutely amazing through and through — every individual dip is beautifully crafted and delicious. The pizzas are unusually delicious for thin crust pizza, and have wonderful ingredients that pop with flavor. My fiancé also enjoyed the squid and some of my family members were obsessed with the borscht special. They also feature an amazing drink menu with a huge variety of mostly organic and/or sustainably sourced wines, beers, and cocktails. No one was ever unhappy with any wine they ordered there, myself included, and all of the more creative drinks we tried were amazing. The absolute best drink that we got, however, was their homemade espresso liquor. I had it on its own as my dessert while sharing a few bites of their out-of-this-world ice cream sandwich made with macaroon cookie and locally made ice cream. Honestly, I’m just going to cut myself off here because I can’t possibly rave enough about the food at this place. They are a wonderful business and well worth your patronage. I hope to be back there as soon as I possibly can get back to Easton.

What an unexpected little place in Easton! Met family there for dinner with our 11 month old. Enjoyed the zuccinni and goat cheese fritters and kale caesar salads. Two of us got the goat cheese, fig and prosciutto pizza. It’s a favorite flavor of mine. It was very, very good. Hubby got the Italian sausage. Also very yummy. It’s a small little restaurant but a great menu and wine list. It’s got a small bar/sitting area in the back which looked like a nice place to drink a glass of wine and watch them cook. I would make reservations to be on the safe side.
