If you are using WIC, you may not want to go there. I suffered every single time there with WIC. The workers are not trained well with using it, the products are not well labeled, and the cashers and even sometimes managers give you unhappy look when you use it. I have been there so many times with WIC, but they disappointed me every time. I think I will stop going there.

So disgusted! I have been to this location several times since I moved to the area. I had previously been told that all coupons were accepted, as long as they were manaufacturer’s coupons. Today, I was told by the service desk that was incorrect and they would not honor the coupons I had. I have 3 children and need to save any way I can. I will not be returning to Shaws!

I grew up going grocery shopping with my mom at this Shaw’s and after visiting many other branches over the years, I can honestly say this one can’t be beat. The Easton Shaw’s is clean & easy to navigate, as the entrance plops you right in the produce section so that you can work your way down through general grocery, meats, dairy & then over to the bakery before checking out. This is also where we go for can & bottle redemption… very convenient. Lastly, the employees at Shaw’s Easton are a force to be reckoned with. Quick story regarding one of my visits from the past year: I left Shaw’s shortly before close one evening after picking up some groceries on my way home from work… Come to find out, about a mile down the road, I couldn’t locate my cell phone and decided to go back. The staff had remembered me from moments before because I had asked for help in one of the aisles and from there, the assistance they gave, coupled with some friendly banter, left me walking out with a huge smile on my face.(Probably the reason why I misplaced my phone in the first place… but a good reason if anything!) The manager on duty, a couple of other employees and even some customers got in on the search when I reentered and told them about my missing phone. I’m grateful for all of the delicious dinners my mother made over the years, grateful for the cleanliness of the store compared to all the others and grateful for the friendly helpful staff who assist customers on a daily and even track down the occasional lost cell phone where it’s absent-minded owner left it… in a red basket under a check-out conveyor belt.
