The Home Depot

There is no consistency. Bought a door it was a good experience; tried to buy flooring not so great.
That’s ok it happens. Met a designer when I was shopping vanities. WeI hadn’t intended on shopping our kitchen at home depot but she genuinely showed interest in my plans. Had a fabulous visit. She was fun and energetic and told us we needed an appointment for the next visit. We’re psyched — so I tried to make the appt but there were no times available for her so we stopped in. The woman I met with was not there and I had multiple people telling me to make an appt with the other designer — yes I get it I need an appt. I think the first woman was some sort of promoter who moves on to other stores because she was so on point. The new kitchen designer was so different so low key. Polite but irritated by our enthusiasm and just patronizing. Warning: do not contract with people who do not like their jobs. I could tell stories.
I have to say I was so let down I feel like this was bait and switch, but you get what you pay for. That said I am generally good with rest of store and will shop here for other things.

Good luck with making appointments for kitchen cabinets. You follow their rules to make an appointment and they tell you when you arrive at your scheduled time that they need a few more minutes with another customer. After waiting 45 minutes, goodbye. If you can’t follow the process for the start of this expensive process not sure I can trust you for anything else. Look elsewhere for cabinets.

Larger than some of the other Home Depots around. Good selection, helpful staff, great prices.

Just bought a house and the staff in this location are particularly friendly and helpful– something lacking in most Home Depot locations.

Standard Home Depot has everything you’d expect a Home Depot to have. But this one in particular is in a shopping center which has an awful parking lot with horrible access. The parking lot just begs for an accident. Perhaps that’s not the fault of Home Depot, but it certainly makes you want to find a different store.
