AMAZING! Best massage ever! A true healer.
I have had several massages here for relaxation and general tension, this is easily the best place EVER!
great atmosphere, music, décor, true professionalism.
Why I am a devoted fan is. I recently had shoulder injury, thought it would require surgery. I discussed with Roxanne my issues, she pressed on muscles, found problem spots, worked on them acute with several techniques, hot stones, Lomi, deep tissue, for about 90 minutes.
After a single session, pain was 90% reduced and only improved over next few days.
I went from not being able to work to not even thinking about the discomfort. Amazing!
If you get the opportunity, don’t miss out! Roxanne is the best!

Amazing healing experience! My husband went to see Roxanne at A Massage by the Sea while on vacation on Orcas Island for a particularly painful bout of lower back pain. He was so blown away by her knowledge and healing abilities that he scheduled a massage for me later that same day so I wouldn’t miss out on experiencing Roxanne’s unique massage therapy style. She expertly blends the more familiar hot stone and deep tissue massage with tuning fork, singing bowls and Lomi Lomi massage techniques. The combination is magical as is the studio itself — warm and beautifully decorated with a soothing ocean theme and soft twinkling lights. Our visit to Roxanne at A Massage by the Sea was wonderful and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Orcas Island!

Best massage of my life with Roxanne. Tuning fork, singing bells, then a hot stone massage with essential oils. Roxanne is a master and seems to know every place that needs work. Her studio is tastefully decorated, peaceful, relaxing music, a quiet space, and Roxanne is very intuitive about what technique is right in the moment. And did I mention that it is in the best place on earth, Orcas Island? I am particular about massage, and this was mind-​blowing! This is my new favorite treat to myself! Money well spent, and worth every penny and more.
