I stumbled upon the cremecart at the park in Eastsound during the summer solstice parade. The girls working the cart are so sweet! By the time I got there, lots of the ice cream sandwiches were sold out. All of the sandwiches are prewrapped and kept cold in the cart, so once they’re gone… They’re really gone.
The cookie was nice and soft, but firm enough to stay together. The ice cream kept cold and didn’t drip all over me. I was such a happy camper with my ice cream sandwich. I sure hope I run into this cart again!
