Visit here was excellent, great food, authentic Vietnamese taste. The service was fast and the staff was really friendly. One of the greater phở restaurants I’ve been so far. I would recommend this place to anyone who would want to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine and flavor!

Delicious food, very reasonable prices. Love the Vietnamese beef sandwiches. Also the phở soup is so yummy. specially the chicken broth.

Let me say upfront that we have are here a few times and the food was good. What the deal breaker was for me was the attitude. We just walked out of the location because they finally crossed the line by yanking the menu from our hands when we asked if we could change the last part of our order. This was an order that had not yet been entered. Only change was an appetizer. The food is good but I can’t handle the attitude anymore.

The first time I came here with my mom the waitress with the short haircut was really rude! We were having a hard time understanding each other and I was still talking when she walked away and sent me a Hispanic guy who recommended some really yummy things! I bought boba Thai tea, pork spring rolls and the Vietnamese sandwich. He was really patient explaining these foreign dishes to us. I came again tonight and ordered Thai tea and some spring rolls to go I made it very clear that I wanted pork springrolls, when she charged me I said«those were pork spring rolls» and she nodded. I get to my car and they’re shrimp, I go back(timidly Because I hate being an inconvenience) and she gives me attitude stating that I never told her I wanted pork. I get my second set of springs and when I get home they’re either chicken or a really pale pork which I’m not eating. I’m honestly never going back.

First of the female waitress with the bob haircut, take that stick out of your ass! You are by far the rudest waitress I have ever encountered. Thanks to you we will never be coming back to phở viet. This is why I didn’t tip you! I’m in shock… How do you manage keeping your job??? It suck cause your bun bo hue was decent enough to keep coming back.

Store supposed to open at 10:00. 10:15, nobody. Fail. Bad for business. Not coming back again. You lost me as a customer Called at 10:20 to see if they were open. Owner said they are late and open at 10:45. Bad business practice.

Being a Vietnamese myself so I can be quite picky especially when I’ve had the best of the best phở. I’d been here for several times now and I can tell you that the food is alright but the service is what get me mad… The staffs here are like trees, they’re so lazy and don’t look very happy. The last time i was here, I had the bunh thit nuong and the noddle was extremely dry and hard, it was like eating uncooked noddles! This restaurant need to get their shiet together or they’ll go out of business. I won’t be coming back…

Walked in at 9:25 hoping to eat here for the first time. We specifically came here because it was closest. Won’t be coming back. We took one step in and a waitress told us they were closed, which is interesting since they had a table seated with two people and menus. Terrible first impression if I ever saw one. Customer service is a HUGE part of running a successful restaurant. As I’m writing this, another party of two walked in and wasn’t turned away — interesting to say the least.

Gave this place 3 tries because the food was good here. 1st visit: female waitress was very forgetful on our requests for an extra bowl, scissors for the spring rolls, and the check /payment. 2nd visit: I’m the kind of person to really LOOK at what I’m eating. Before my first bite I can already see a small moth that has been sitting on top of the meat… no big deal, it happens, I understand. Asked for another bowl and was satisfied with it. 3rd visit: after my Gf nearly finished her phở tai, she noticed a contrasting«object» floating with her noodles. After fishing it out, we identified it as a strand of hair. Not hair off the scalp but rather hair off of god knows where… the white speck was also attached onto the end of it… 3 tries, all bad. Phở viet, please manage your restaurant better… the food is good but the people working there definitely need a schooling on customer service AND food cleansiness and preparation… unfortunately I will not be going here again.

2.5 stars. I’ve been here several times. Food is cheap n OK. But, service is always TERRIBLE. Not friendly at all. No smile. No greeting. Especially all ladies(servers) always seem mad… I am always scared to ask them something lol cuz they look like more mad even though I only ask to give me water. But if u don’t like servers ask u if everything is ok so many times, this place is good. They never ask u that lol

We went there around 6:00 last night. It wasn’t crowded yet, but we had to wait for more than 20 mins and no one came and took our order. My husband had to go to the cashier counter to order, but the girl asked us to go back to our table and wait. My husband said no, he would want to order at the counter because we waited for so long already and no one came. We told each other, we had to wait to see how good the food would be, then decided if we would come back. We ordered spring rolls and Phở #12. Phở was horrible, tasted like they added more water in, no flavor at all. Spring rolls were just okay. They should not name their restaurant as «Phở Viet» while they couldn’t even cook it right. We would never go back there again. Customer service sucks: waiting for too long, no water refilled. Foods aren’t good

This is maybe my 4th time being here. Let me just say that at this restaurant the food quality is a little more appealing than the service. I’m not saying that I care too much(let me emphasize the«too») for any restaurant service, but here I literally had to ask for my plate and utensils, and this was not the first time. An addition to that, they don’t know what they have on their menu, or maybe it was a new employee, who knows? Even though they find a way to piss me off, I end up leaving with a graceful smile. The phở is actually in a good portion… Like HUGE for the price at which it is offered, which is around 8 dollars. The seafood rice is to die for… literally! Try it! Overall, I would return here because it’s portions and prices and good quality. Beware: the service will make you mad

My girlfriend and I came to this place tonight and ordered phở and crispy noodle. Phở is normal and very normal. Cheap and nothing special to the taste. Crispy noodle was the worst. how is it seafood when there is chicken to replace my seafood. only two shrimp and one squid. No refills at all.

My family and I eat Phở a lot. I understand these restaurants are usually family owned, so you kind of get what you get. However, there is nothing like a delicious bowl of Phở! I’ve been here before. The food is ok. The service is also ok. I ask for less noodles, and I always get a full bowl. Stuff like that. In general, it is clean and the food is good. However last Sunday we went in and it took quite a while before anyone paid attention to us. I actually had to get up and ask if someone could take our order. There were two YOUNG men that were waiting tables, handling phone calls, bussing tables, etc. This place stays fairly busy. I watched one of them clean off a table. Sticking his hands down into the glasses, of course. grabbing filthy napkins with his bare hands, grabbing dirty plates, etc. When he was done with that, he grabbed two little to go containers for sauce, filled them up with sauce putting his hands all over them, and then handed them to the waiting customer. He then came over to us to take our order. I told him he had to go wash his hands before he served us. I’m sorry. table was filthy. he cleaned it all with bare hands and never washed them before handling food and then making his way over to us. He was confused. LOL. I had to ask him two more times to wash his hands. He finally did, but then never came back to our table. The other young man took our order. As usual, the food was good, but if they cannot even follow standard lawful common sense health practices such as washing your hands after cleaning a dirty table, before serving food. I don’t think I’ll be back. I got serious food poisoning from another Phở restaurant that did that, and NEVER want to be that sick again!

I’ve had two bad experiences here. The first time, we found a hair in our food AND their meatballs were frozen on the inside! The second time, which is the reason I’m posting this, we found BROKENGLASS in the fried rice! My friend’s six year old son almost ate it(we found a nickel sized piece of glass and hopefully he didn’t swallow any smaller shards!). We immediately returned the food and demanded a refund, but they were neither nice nor apologetic! They didn’t even care! I cannot believe they couldn’t care less about us finding broken glass in our food! We are reeling from this experience and on the phone with doctors about whether we should take my friend’s son to get x-rays. We are never, ever going back and we hope this place gets flagged and shut down by the health department!

My 4 year old and 6 year old both found broken glass in their rice. We are sitting in the ER awaiting results. Most uncomfortable feeling when your 4 year old complains of stomach pain while awaiting X-ray results less than 3 hours from leaving this establishment. PLEASESTAYAWAY!

Phở-king good stuff! Okay, so I have to preface this review by saying I am a phở virgin. There have been many threads on social media and in Unilocal Talk dedicated to this Vietnamese delicacy. I now feel like one of the initiated and I’m glad I paid attention to everyone’s suggestions. When I walked in, they seated me at a booth even though I was by myself. I offered to sit at a small table so as not to take up valuable real estate, but they insisted that I take a table and sit wherever I liked. I told the guy taking my order that I had never been and he made some suggestions for me as a beginner. I wish I paid attention to the spelling of the Vietnamese words, but, in essence, it was beef broth with eye-round steak and rice noodles. I did what everyone told me: I tried the broth before I put anything in it. The beef broth had a lot of flavor and quite a bit of depth. It had the perfect level of salt content, so I didn’t have to add any soy sauce. I did add the beans sprouts and the basil that they provided for me, along with the two slices of jalapeño and some lime. I continued to taste the broth as I added items. At the suggestion of the guy who brought it, I added a little hoisin sauce and a pinch of Scriracha. It was so flavorful that I kept eating long after I was full. While I may be a newbie at phở, I am not a newbie for flavor. And, this place was phở-l of flavor!

More like a 2.5 I may give them another try to sample other dishes, I think I’ll stick with Phở Island for Phở. Phở Dac Biet– The broth was good, but the raw beef was not fresh and the cooked meat was chewy and tough. Beek Stew– Terrible. Do not order. No depth to the stew, uses frozen carrots and peas, and the the meat was tough. Goi Cuon– Pretty decent. Much better than Phở Island I called in an order and it was ready in 10 min. Overall, the prices are decent, but the food isn’t that good.
