Love mom and pop shops like this place. Friendly staff, great food and a large portion of meat in the phở. Definitely does not short you on portions

I’m sorry but I must warn you all. We got seated after almost 15 minutes of waiting when there were only 3 people in the entire restaurant. They seat us and the waiter expected us to know what we wanted to drink ASAP, he has limited patience to say the least. I’m talking with my friend and out of no where I feel something crawling on my leg and when I checked, I didn’t see anything. Then we kept talking and I see something crawling up the wall from the table and behind the napkins. It was so quick I couldn’t get a good look at it. Already on edge and trying to pay attention to the comversation, out crawls not one but two light colored roaches!!! I was so disguised!!! I immediately flagged down the waiter who took his precious time to get to our table and when I point it out to him he swaps it and it ran away and he said«ay ya ok ok». Like no dude, it not ok that there are roaches in your restaurants while I wait for my food. Do you have roaches in the kitchen too? So he tried to get me to calm down and not alert the rest of the chstomers. Me being the nice person, remained calm but on edge. When it came to paying, he only discounted 10% of my bill. I am a EOH major, do you know I can close down your restaurant if I wanted to? Again I remained calm, paid the bill an came to write the review. Be aware of the roaches. If you feel something crawling, it’s a roach!!! Cross your fingers it’s not in the Phở.

I looooooove this place! It’s sooo sooo yummy. I try to come here at least once every 2 weeks. I love their seafood phở, chicken skewers, actually any of their apps are really good.

This place is usually decent, but they occasionally try to get away with serving old/expired product. I have been here many times and for the most part everything has been OK, but two recent bad experiences have soured me on the place. 1.) Someone I was eating with had spoiled pork in his egg roll. He bit into it and was instantly repulsed. The meat looked and tasted really bad. The waiter swooped in, seeming to already know there was some kind of issue. He apologized and took the egg rolls away and removed them from our bill. I got the impression that the waiter knew they were serving sketchy meat, like«eh roll it up and serve it, maybe they won’t notice» and when he saw my friend’s reaction, he had an «oh shit» moment and swooped in to clean up the evidence. 2.) Today my spring rolls had flaccid, slimy greens inside. I took a bite and it tasted old and weird. I opened the roll up to inspect and sure enough, gross spoiled greens. There’s no way they didn’t know those greens were bad. They looked nasty and tasted worse. Spring roll greens should be fresh and crisp, not black and slimy! When the food doesn’t contain rotten garbage it’s actually pretty good, but I won’t go here anymore because I can’t trust them to not serve trash.

Delicious, well priced, and friendly staff. First time having Vietnamese and I am far from a foodie, but the Pan-Fried Egg Noodles with Seafood and the Special sizzling need were both excellent. Even if you don’t like trying new things or are a little skeptical, there is something to be found on this menu that will suit your taste and your wallet.

I agree with the other 5 star reviews on Little Saigon’s Phở. It is perfect for those of us who like fresh ingredients and lots of vegetables! You can choose between vegetable or chicken broth — chicken broth is amazing(the other is nice too)! Outside of soup, the rest of their menu is quite nice as well. Their fillet mignon plate is a must(yes, they are a Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant and they know how to make this dish really well); it is not dry, not too oily, just perfect and grilled with caramelized onions. Goodness!!! Little Saigon is the best restaurant in Norco, hands down. You should definitely visit and let Mr. Little Saigon know I said hello.

One of my most favorite local restaurants. Delicious Phở and their egg rolls are yummy too! Not a fancy place, but nice family run establishment.

Good service and nice people. I had the spring rolls and a salad. Although each were good they lack with the taste in the spring rolls. I’d try another place for them I saw more people order the phở. I’ll have to try that next time. Still in all a good place for some Vietnamese food.

My fave phở place! Definitely the best I’ve had in Cali! I’ve tried many many different places and I promise whom ever knows their phở, will agree. The manager is friendly and works in the front. — from Vancouver, Canada

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and I will never come back again after the latest experience sealed it for me. The food was good before they swapped owners. With this new owner, he should not be taking orders or even allowed to talk to customers. He has a temper/anger management problem that can be seen and heard when he belittles his employees and customers. Today was no exception. After finishing my phở, I ordered a café sua da(Vietnamese coffee) like I always do. This time, he angrily tells me off on why I was wasting his time ordering the drink AFTER my meal and that he now has to go change my receipt, make my drink,…(you know, things restaurants owner has to do anyways). And if you have a Unilocal Check-in with the 5% off discount, he expects you to PRINT it out to get the discount. GTFOH! Take your business to Phở Amor that just opened up next to Stater Bros on Hamner Ave. You’ll be treated much better there and they’ll actually appreciate your business. Hopefully they’ll give Little Saigon some competition and help clean up the way they treat customers.

It’s been a very long time since I have been here. But the couple occasions I did, I was happy with my food and service. I ordered the shrimp phở, and it was really good! They give you lots of noodles and veggies n such in your phở so it really fills you up! Other places barely put any shrimp or noodles and you feel like your eating all broth. Anyway I will be returning to this joint whenever I’m in the area.

We have very few Vietnamese restaurants in our area, but have no qualms about coming here. In fact, we’ve been coming here for years. While I am personally not a big fan of their Chinese part of the menu, we know we can count on certain Vietnamese dishes to please. The Shanghai egg rolls are crispy, with plenty of filling, mostly pork that has been deliciously seasoned. The pork and egg noodle phở has an excellent broth. Very pleasing. The vermacelli bowl topped with grilled pork, grilled shrimp is usually very satisfying. The shrimp can sometimes be the victim of overcooking. The skewered lemon chicken topped with fried garlic is a nice appetizer. We always remember this as one of our places to go for won ton soup. A wonderful comfort food for a rainy day or one of those times you just need soup. Prices are very reasonable. They have nicely priced lunch specials. This is a great little neighborhood restaurant that will make you feel welcome, well filled, and happy to not have to take out a second mortgage.
