Although the items I ordered were originally sent in the wrong color (a blue, but the wrong blue), one phone call to the company solved the problem. They emailed me a paid FedEx label and once they saw my return was in the process of being returned, they sent out the correct items. The entire turn-​around took less than a week.

I recently ordered a Notte comforter set for my bed. I had been shopping on line for weeks for this specific set and found it at Eldridge Textile, for a little less than most other places. I paid about $ 350 for the entire set and called the store first to ensure my order was returnable if I was not happy. They assured me it was (minus the cost of shipping). It also states that on their web site, the guy also told me that it usually ships within 72 hours.
After about 2 weeks I hadn’t received it and so I called, he told me that because it was a special order for a California King it would take 4 – 6 weeks, funny because he never said the California King was a special order at the time. And I was not charged for a special order either…
He did tell me they don’t charge till they ship. 8 weeks later around 25^th still no comforter, I call again he says there was a delay and won’t be MADE (not shipped but MADE) until ⁵⁄₁₅. So that weekend I go out and purchase a similar comforter set that I found much cheaper. I call on Monday to cancel the order, he tells me it has been shipped and I’ve already been billed. Go ahead re-​read all this, somehow this comforter manufactured itself out of thin air 2 weeks earlier than he told me. This company is sketchy and has no idea what is going on. Now here’s the kicker, because it was a special order (that I wasn’t made aware of when I ordered) I can’t return it. And even better, the pics on the internet aren’t true to the color. So now I am stuck with this bed set and out $ 350, and the jerk on the phone was completely rude…
