Food is good. I love the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta and the Baby Back Ribs. Although the other day I went and the waiter put two tiny garlic knots on my table and I couldn’t help but laugh a bit(not in her face) I mean, since they’re THAT small, they should put two garlic knots per person. Other wise it just looks pathetic, like someone ate the other two.(There was only two of us)

As a vegetarian, I find it absolutely absurd that I walked into a CHAIN restaurant this evening to find that they did not possess a single vegetarian option beyond the salad bar, or «Pick Three Sides.» We left in favor of an establishment that threw at least a passing thought towards vegetarians.

You can’t really complain about this place, because you know what you’re getting. The salad bar is always the same, and the croutons are delicious. I like the menu at rubys. They’ve made progress over the years and have come a long way from their gallon size sundaes. They always have a good selection of healthy options. You can have a light meal, and leave full without having broke the bank.

No customer service no real service what so ever. Also who manages this place have met n seen no manager or was told about if a manager was present. Also don’t know my server by name. At all n I’m at the bar. Good was all wrong n soggy like its been sitting in the window for a while. There is this lady who works here she opens up the uncorked wine bottles and sniffs them like a fragrance in Macy’s. Some guy at the bar who’s chatty up the hostesses and the waitresses for no real reason and I guess the manager because the manager was giving the patron hive fives and hugging him.

Awesome service from the greeting to the eating! It was a Friday Night prime time 6:30pm. My Server Rob had brought everything out quickly. The appetizers and entrées were all delicious. They had ODouls Amber non-alcoholic beer(many restaurants don’t carry both Amber and the green bottle). They had a wide assortment of exotic alcoholic beverages on the menu and delicious food. My drinks came out quickly. Appetizers fall within 10 minutes. Entrées came out timed perfectly. I ordered dessert and coffee. Our server Rob refilled my coffee without having to be asked. Dropped the check off accordingly. Picked up my credit card and the check and he brought it back a few minutes later. The service here was excellent. Everything was timed perfect. The food came out on time hot and delicious. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. No uncomfortable waiting. The«Manager On Duty» Dan stopped by the table and asked how everything was, I was very happy to see that level of commitment and service. The bathrooms were clean. The wait time was nonexistent and I highly recommend this restaurant for any night of the week. The server Rob had several tables and was equally committed to everyone of them. He was comfortable taking care of many guests and did it well. Server Rob absolutely deserves a commendation. Busboys work quickly cleaning and resetting tables all around the restaurant throughout the night. Although it had snowed over 8 inches the night before, the sidewalks were shoveled and free of ice. The floors were dry inside the restaurant and it was very clean and decorated well.

Typical fare, heavily marinated, but the service is excellent, the salad bar was full of crunchy veggies and they have light and fit option on the menu(with calorie counts).

The service here was fine, the food was meh. I had the spicy fish tacos which I’ve had before at another Ruby Tuesday in CT. The ones here were way too spicy and I love spicy food. This was just unbearable and inedible. Luckily I filled myself up on the salad bar. oops!

I’ve eaten here for the last time. I’ve been serval times in the past without any issues but last night was just awful. I got the sampler appetizer and installs knew there was something wrong with the cheese fries. I’ve been up all night in the bathroom. Also I wasn’t happy with my dinner. Everything tasted EXTREMELY salty. I’m certain they did this intensionally to increase drink sales. Long story short this family of five will be dining elsewhere from now on Sad

Met up with my old officemate this last Tuesday for lunch here. We both had the Turkey minis. I though they tasted a bit odd but I had never had them here before. When we left, my officemate stopped off in the bookstore across from the restaurant and I went home which is about 5 minutes away. Within about 3 minutes of arriving home I was throwing up. I passed it off as due to something else but when I met up with my friend a couple of days later, he said he didn’t make it out of the book store before getting sick. I’d recommend that anyone think long and hard about eating anything out of the kitchen at this location.

This is my 3rd trip in 3 weeks. Every time it is the same. Good food. Good waitress. Freezing temperatures that are never controlled. I complain, the manager adjusts it. 10 minutes later it’s freezing again. I have heard every excuse in the book.“must be Tuesday”.it adjusts to the outside weather… would you like a coffee… on and on, each and evrey time… All the tables behind me complained about the same cold temps too, and the 2 tables in front of me did also. When is this restaurant going to care that they are driving away customers right and left. I wasn’t the only one leaving, saying I won’t be back. I should not have to ask you to adjust the COLD, blowing fan every 10 minutes, and then hear pathetic excuses(lies) as to «its an unusual occurrence»!!! Iwhen it is COLD again, 10 minutes later!!! I am not going back there again.

Menu reminds me of an Applebees, but the ambiance is clearly darker and more adult. Food is VERY salty. We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children, and there are only 3 tables that can fit us here.

Whenever I’m on the road and I have a salad craving — I try to find the local Ruby Tuesday — they consistently have solid salad bar offerings from a quality perspective. When I visited the location at Monmouth Mall — I went for my usual fave combo — salad bar with the white bean chicken chili. It’s quite filling and very tasty. I always feel like I’ve had my tank filled when I’m done!
