Where do I begin. We chose the Eden Prairie store since it was convenient. The first time my son and I were getting measured for his wedding, the 3people there didn’t have a clue and we’re arguing amongst each other. Here are some of the things that went wrong. They had the wrong color ties, they had me on the list twice, the one smart ass kid made fun of us because they had the wrong tie color at pick up and that «the world was going to end» and he said this to another customer. He also told us «there wouldn’t have been any mistakes if we wouldn’t have made so many changes». We didn’t make any changes at all. They rent tuxedos but can’t seem to enter measurements correctly in the computer or even measure correctly. At all cost, avoid this place if you plan on renting tuxes for a wedding. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. My next call is to the regional manager. We’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. Sorry we rented 16 tuxes at $ 200 each.

I went in to look for sport coat myself. I went right to them and checking out my size. No dark colors, just light browns and beige. I told the guy and he didn’t seem to care. Didn’t bother to help me with anything else. Poor service.
