Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

The manager (I think) is a complete moron. The store signs clearly say «by one get one free» ten ft from the register and he tells me the sale is over, but that he will give me a good deal anyways.
I have picked up ink stained shirts on 2 different occasions.
Come in to the the store to rent six tuxedo’s and he says they are having a one-​day only sale on tuxedos so I should buy all of the on the spot, without the other guys in the wedding party there. What a joke. Even worse, I get multiple messages per week begging me to come in and rent the tuxedos from him, and only him. In all my years, I have never dealt with someone who is so desperate for commission and so pushy. I’m all for a persistent sales person, but this was just ubserd.
To top it all off, on several occasions, this gentlemen has been helping me (or more accurately, standing next to me in silence just to ensure he gets the sale) has instructed me (key word) to wait for him to check out, and then will disappear for 15 minutes.
I am a big fan of men’s warehouse, but will only go back to the EP Center location during hours where this guy isn’t working.

Try not to set your expectations too high when they say they’ll call you when your stuff is in. Took almost 2 months to get a simple, overpriced pair of pants. I’ll be taking my dollars elsewhere next time I have to play dress-​up.

Ask for Curtis. He is the most helpful salesperson I have ever met. Will make sure you look perfect in your new clothes. Helped me find a great three piece white suit and went through multiple jackets to find one that fit perfect.

NEW Location! It used to be only tuxes, but now they have a full store.
I love that they have tall sizes in just about everything, it makes shopping very easy. Customer service is ALWAYS a positive, although the sales process has become very predictable after visiting Men’s Warehouse regularly.
I’ll be a customer there for a long time if they keep up the service and offerings they have now.
