We really enjoyed working with Ryan through our first home purchase. We asked a handful of friends who recently purchased homes in the West Metro if they would recommend their real estate agents and most said «well sorta» and then named off a bunch of little reasons why they got frustrated with their agents. We were referred to Ryan through our mortgage broker and were hesitant at first but quickly thought we made a great decision. He was very attentive at our first meeting, understood what we were looking for, and quickly scheduled showings. He was opinionated in a good way at our showings, extremely flexible with his schedule, and never tried to «sell» us a house. He was patient with our amateur questions. He went above and beyond to get us into a house that was a short sale and had some serious road blocks along the way

Ryan was the best communicator ever with our process to buy a new home. We had many questions after we saw a home that we were interested in, and he had all the answers for us within a very short time. It was unbelievable! He assisted us with our home purchase all the way through, and made a big move for us quite stress-​free! I would highly recommend him!
