I’d give it zero if I could. I went to DD on the drive thru on 01/08/2016. I ordered 2 donuts and 2 strawberry banana smoothies. I was the only one in the drive thru and they’re must of been like 2 people up on the counter from what I could see. And about 4 workers in the back standing around. It took them 12 minutes to give me my smoothies and the donuts were cold. I told the cashier and she told me to warm them up in the microwave. Horrible service. I waited so long for the smoothies I didn’t even bother to ask for my money back. I will never come back here again.

This place rocks. The Dunkin on Broadway is a catastrophe. Nice clean inside, actual donuts on the racks, vs. you know just empty racks where donuts should be, but oddly enough aren’t. This is my new goto Dunkin, when only Dunkin will do.

It’s too bad I can’t give 0 stars, this location sucks, stood at the counter while the female worker just looked at me while helping the customers in the drive thru, never once said I’ll be right with you. Then we sat down and waited still nothing. Finally we just left the store, absolutely crappy service, we will never go back to this shitty store every again.

I’m giving 3 stars not because I’ve had any issue with this particular location… they’ve been great. It’s clean, new, efficiently run, and while the staff isn’t overly friendly, they aren’t rude either. The 3 star review is because Dunkin’s donuts are consistently bland, tough, flavorless and disappointing. Like eating a frosted dinner roll. I keep getting sucked into the limited edition flavor trap, then let down. They are hands down my least favorite donut chain. Update: The«manager’s special» pumpkin crumb cake donut was impressive and delicious. I’d go back for that. Their filled donuts though? Never again.

Forget the over priced, burnt beans from Starbucks. If you want real coffee that is smooth and strong it Dunkin. The donuts are very good, but their coffee is great. And the girls working at the front we’re totally cool. I’m from California I’m so glad Dunkin has come west I could drink real coffee again. She made a fresh pot of coffee for me and my Dunkin cup.

I’ve always had questionable customer service at this location(rolling eyes when i asked for a bag to carry the four dozen donuts I’d bought for my office), but this morning takes the cake. Went in to buy donuts for the office and was completely ignored. One of the guys working the drive through looked around at the front counter, saw me and then turned his back. No one would acknowledge me, let alone take my order. Guess I’m done with Dunkin.

Second time is so much better. It was Dragon Boat Festival weekend and the shop was empty. It was hot outside but in here, it was like an ice cave! The girl who took our order was very sharp, smart, and quick. Her name’s Jazz. She gave us good recommendations(in terms of what to get AND how to use the mobile offers to our advantage, I loved her!) We should’ve specified that we wanted hot lattes given how cold they had the A/C on. It was easy for them to assume we wanted iced beverages, but at least they got our specifications all correct! I had a medium Hazelnut & Coconut with skim milk and whipped cream, it was delicious. My friend’s Blueberry latte was pretty good too even though she asked for splenda(I was so curious I had to take a sip!). Very thrilled to learn they’ll make the Glazed Donut sandwich any time and you can change the meat: bacon, ham, or sausage. I had ham, and the real fried egg had a yolk that wasn’t completely set, just the way I like it, Mmmmm! We had a receipt from our last visit that at the bottom, you could do a quick survey, obtain a code, and get a free donut with any coffee purchase. Jazz recommended the sour cream donut and it was good, the glaze wasn’t as runny as last time, much more enjoyable! We agree that we need to make the switch from Starbucks to Dukin’ Donuts because, between our 4 coffees(2 iced lattes, 2 refills), two sandwiches(she had an eggwhite flatbread sandwich), and a donut, it only costed $ 8 something and $ 1 of it was tip. what a steal!

Starbucks who? Being from Chicago, I am a total Dunkin Donuts Queen. Their coffee is delicious and for the light hearted. If you want a heavy dark roast coffee with lots of thrills, Starbucks is probably your thing. However if you do enjoy the taste of coffee, and particularly a dreamy medium roast, Dunkin is your friend. They manage to brew up coffee full of flavor that is still delicious tasting even after the cream and sugar. My fav order is a medium French vanilla coffee, cream and two splenda. Can we now talk donuts? Dunkin has all their classics baked FRESH. A lot of the stores back east typically use distribution centers for their donuts every morning since there is such a high volume of stores. However, because Dunkin is such a rare beautiful unicorn in Denver, all of the stores have the freshest Dunkin Donuts donuts that I have ever had. It’s totally worth it to try, especially if you are a veteran DD goer. The breakfast sandwiches are definitely worth a nod as well. This location is clean, prompt, and ever so friendly. I’m sure there are a couple mistakes to be made, however just remember this whole dunkin concept is new to all these employees. They are always eager to fix a mistake with a smile. Long lines got you down? Then you KNOW you found a sweet spot, just like everyone else, and it will be totally worth the wait!
