Edgewater Glass & Mirror

My husband and I stopped in Edgewater glass recently to get a quote on a 48″ X 60″ mirror for the bathroom… We were given a rough estimate of $ 375.
Yesterday, I called to set up an appointment to have someone come out and measure the wall prior to the mirror being cut and installed as there is a hole that needs to be cut out of the mirror to accommodate existing electrical (light fixture) on the wall.
The guy who answered the phone told me that they do not come out to measure unless we have placed the order. I told him, again, the size of the mirror and he then quoted me $ 550. When I replied to him that the price was higher than we were originally quoted… He hung up on me!
My order has been placed elsewhere!

My husband and I had a good experience with Edgewater Glass & Mirror. I had called them to get a quote for a piece of glass for our large front window. He gave me a good price and said it would take 5 minutes or less to get the glass cut once we were there. I called around to other places, such as Home Depot and another glass place, and not only were the employees rude, they said it would take much longer to get the glass (if they could get it at all) and for a much higher price. My husband was able to pick up our glass without issues, and it was cut perfectly and fit in our window pane without issue. It looks nice and it was a weight off our shoulders to finally get that taken care of. If we have to get more glass in the future, we will come here first.

I will never go back here. The guys were nice but nice doesn’t make up for doing a bad job along the way.

Maybe I was one of the lucky ones, but I am shocked by some of the negative reviews on here.
I was trying to find a place to make a custom mirror to put on my bar for my home. Being that I am from Los Angeles, I was looking to get a customized Lakers mirror. Now you can guess how people in Denver would react to something of that request!
I spoke with Aaron, and maybe it is because both the Lakers and Nuggets are horrible this year, but he was quick to help me out without questioning my allegiance.
The job they did was phenomenal! The turnaround was quick and the price quote for what I got seemed extremely reasonable. They actually custom drew on the logo to the mirror, and colored it in Purple and Gold. The best part is that it is a one of a kind mirror that nobody else has because it was made specifically for me. So now I can stare at my beautiful mirror, while i drink my booze and watch the Lakers lose!

Edgewater Glass and Mirror helped me complete a project that no one else in town was capable of doing. They customized four glass pieces for me in less than 24 hours, without me even asking for that! They also went above and beyond to help put finishing touches on the project that I would have otherwise had to spend another day completing myself (without charge!). Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, they were also friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone working on a special project or for any glass/​mirror needs.

Terrible service, completely undependable company. I made an appointment to have several windows installed and took time off work so I could be there. I received a call from Peter that morning asking for measurements. Once I gave them to him he told me they may not be able to do the job that day and he would call back in 30 minutes to let me know. 3 hours later I call and talk to Rich who informs me they are running 3 hours behind and won’t be able to get to my job until sometime the next week. No thanks. It’s December, I have a broken window and Rich obviously didn’t care that they screwed me with no notice. I’m pretty sure I’d be waiting for a call that never comes or a crew that never shows if I had rescheduled. If you don’t have time to sit at home all day I’d go somewhere else.

I was looking for a piece of glass to add a little class to coffee table. Altho they offer many great options on new glass, I wasn’t looking for anything expensive for this project. Aaron told me that they occasionally get used glass and would let me know when they had a piece in my dimensions. He informed me when they found the right piece, cut it, and beveled the edges. Coffee table looks great! Thanks!

I take the time to visit Edgewater Glass and meet with «Aaron», a salesperson, to get a bit on some mirrors. We spent about 20 minutes talking about them. He assures me I will have a bid by the end of the day, that bid never came. So I called him back a couple days later, Aaron, again assures me I will have the bid by that day. NEVER GOT IT. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND NO BID! Really, they must have too much business or Edge Water Glass hires morons for salespeople.

I’m very pleased with this shop. We buy all of our mirrors here, and the prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly.
They do offer a delivery service with an added fee, but it can take a bit longer to receive your order this way. I would highly recommend Edgewater Glass for all your glass and mirror needs!

I am so impressed with this shop!
I brought a double pane window in just yesterday afternoon that needed new glass and a new seal.
I missed the cut-​off for being able to do a 1-​day turn around (since they usually order the glass to size) and I was really bummed about it. But, it turns out, because the glass was small enough, they said they could cut it there and have it ready next day!
Sure enough, I called at noon today to see if it was finished… and it was! (This never, never happens to me, so I am really excited). I get to the shop only minutes after calling and the window looks awesome! I’ve already re-​installed it, it is so nice to check one more item off my to-​do-​list.
Bonus: the guys there are really friendly, and extremely helpful. They clearly know what they are doing when it comes to glass.
Oh, and pricing is fair too.
I’m stoked to have found a great glass place in the neighborhood :)

I needed a piece of tempered glass for a sliding office door with sandblasted logo/​artwork. The guys at Edgewater Glass & Mirror were super-​helpful with my questions upfront and delivered a piece of glass that I couldn’t be happier with. Everything was to my specs and the sandblasted artwork looks exactly as I envisioned it.

While the guys here are very nice and offer the convience of bringing in your repair I’m very disappointed that they didn’t listen to my needs. I needed to repair an old cheap sliding glass door from a rental I was living in. Yes, I was given an estimate, however when I realized the glass was not tempered and they realized it as well, I was expecting it be less expensive. When I dropped off the door, I specifically said it was for a rental I was moving out of, asked that it be replaced with the same type of glass and if they could do anything on the price that would be great. They did not mention they would be using tempered glass and I certainly didn’t want to spend $ 216 during the holidays on a piece of crap door on a rental I was moving out of at the end of the month. When I picked it up and paid and expressed my concern, they stated they will get in trouble if they didn’t use tempered glass. Lol what a bunch of crap because I saw plenty of non-​tempered glass waiting to be picked. Bottom line they didn’t listen to me and my needs and were more interestd in making an extra buck during the holidays, of all times.

After a less than pleasant sales experience on Tennyson and 41^st I went to Aaron at Edgewater Glass and Mirror. Aaron and his team helped me to select the best piece and he was more than willing to cut and bevel the same day. I highly recommend Edgewater Glass and Mirror for great customer service and quality products.

I was in town for just a few days this week. For a very close friend, I wanted to convert a marvelous 100 year old solid oak table (pretty large) into a handsome business table. A tempered glass table top was the solution.
Rich at Edgewater very quickly quoted us a price (best in town) and helped me finalize the details. Less than 48 hours later it had been delivered. Great service & communication.
