I would like to share a bit about my experience with Integrity Wellness so that others can know that they could also experience better health. This last year has been a struggle for me emotionally, physically and mentally. I came to a point where all I wanted to do was just sleep and I did do just that some days. I had major brain fog and low energy. I have always been into healthy eating and did the best I knew how, but I still needed outside help. So, thankfully, I was able to be examined, trained and treated by Michal! She takes a closer look, than most doctors, at blood tests, overall body symptoms, emotional and mental health, nutrition levels and so on. I learned that I am autoimmune and have several other health issues. I needed to clear and support my system, and find out what foods/​toxins cause problems. I learned that our emotions store in our cells/​organs and need to be cleared to experience full health. I am being treated for exactly what my body and mind is in need of. I can now function more normally, have more energy, can think with clarity, and feel less stressed! I am so thankful to be given the opportunity to understand how I can feel better for life! The amazing thing is that I have been able to continue my treatment with Michal long distance, since we moved several states away from the Integrity Wellness office. This has been a real blessing as well!
