Wish there was an ability to give negative stars. I needed alterations done on several items of clothing, so I brought them a pair of north face hiking pants that needed to be shorted and fixed at the cuff as it was frayed as a test to see how well they do would do and they were great. After this I brought over a pair of Hugo Boss jeans to be shortened, three suits to be taken in, pants to be taken in and shortened. The only thing they got right were the jeans. The suit jackets were shortened at the cuff, but the liner was not and it bulged out like frillies at the end around my wrist. One of the pants had all the Hugo Boss labeling removed from the pants! Another pair of pants never had the cuffs removed after asking for them to be removed. One of the jackets was brought in too much that the back of it was pushed out and looked like a dress. The pants that go with the suit ended up with a whole in them. Also, every pair of pants had the thread fragments hanging out of them. When I kindly discussed this with the seamstress doing the work, conveniently she did not understand what I was saying and did not say she would fix it, she sat there quiet and waited for me to talk. I sat there and asked her if this was acceptable to rip a pair of pants. This place is absolutely scary in terms of the quality of work they do and do not at all stand behind their work. My next step is to file a small claim with the small claims court to replace my clothes they destroyed. This is the dry cleaner in the Trader Joes parking lot next to the Binghamton deli. Oh, God forbid you pay with a credit card and it is less than $ 10 for your bill.
