Was craving for pizza and decided to check this Pizza Hut out. I wanted to order for carry out but it seemed as if it was a ghost town. No employee in sight for about 10 – 15 minutes(don’t know why I waited that long) until a delivery driver came back and told his fellow employee that there was customers that needed to order. The lady who took our order was really nice and friendly but it took forever for our food to come out. Was told it would take 15 minutes ended up waiting for half an hour. Don’t think I will be coming back to this place until they fix things up.

Ordered wing delivery for Caps game. Got a partial order with a very wet leak filled bag… again…the night management needs to take ownership of their operation… sad…just sad

Awful customer service, no pizza! Received a one-time-use email coupon, and decided to take the plunge on a delivery order. Found the nearest location, less than five miles away, and ordered through the website. Received a phone call almost an hour later from the delivery driver, when he informed us that contrary to their website we are outside their delivery area. OK, so why did it take an hour to find this out? No apology for the mix up, no way to restore the coupon, no sense of empathy or understanding and no admission of accountability on their behalf. Who knows if the food is worth it– their service definitely isn’t, even with a discount. Good job, Hut. There’s enough other pizza joints that it isn’t a tough decision to just avoid this location in the future.

Wow… this update has me dropping multiple stars to the 1 star level. What happened you might ask? Well, the one thing this Pizza Hut location had going for it, the staff and level of service, really embarrassed themselves tonight and failed to meet minimum expectations. I could wax poetic about the problems, but you want to hear the nitty gritty so here it is(in order): 1.) Customers should not have to find staff to seat them. I heard your doorbell ringing in the back letting you know the door was opened, why didn’t the staff? It was clear you were not busy cleaning my booth, as the straw wrappers and dirty napkins left in my booth when I did get seated would have been removed. 2.) It would be nice if your waitress told you about specials Pizza Hut was currently having. When you hear another staff member announce a special you qualify for and then see your bill is more than the special, you wonder if they intentionally tried to squeeze more cash out of you or the server just didn’t know. I’m not sure which is worse. 3.) Don’t tell me the kitchen messed up our order and had to remake our pizza if the extra delay still produces a product that you have to send back. If you can draw a medium sized circle in the center of your pizza and literally all you see is the bottom crust(no cheese, sauce or toppings), something is wrong. 4.) Here’s a basic customer service tip: If you are going to talk about your customers(don’t!)…but if you must, do it away from said customers. When I send my pizza back, please don’t stop your coworker to let them know I’ve sent my food back and to have him gasp«take it off the bill???» Yeah, we caught that. And the kitchen staff who decided to make commentary too, who literally must have been yelling(or perhaps the door was open) for us to hear it in the dining room. Yeah, we caught that also. And the young girl who decided to peek from the kitchen thru the glass window at our table… until she saw I was making eye contact with her and got a «deer in the headlights» look and jumped away. Management! Paging management! Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? 5.) Finally, and this is the least stinging of the bullet points, as mentioned in my first review, Pizza Hut is simply not cost competitive. When Pizza Hut’s Medium cheese pizza sells for $ 10.50 and across the street Little Caesars sells a Large Cheese for $ 5…with no wait and no servers who will insult my table, I don’t see myself patronizing this location again.

I’ll admit I have a tough time resisting their $ 11 any kind, any size pizza. I mainly use this location for carry out. From past experiences when I have dined in here, the whole visit averages an hour or more. It just seems easier to call in or order online rather than dining in to me. Pizza for me should be a quick lunch or dinner, not a fine dining, drawn out experience. I am a big fan of the food here. Supreme pizza is excellent as well as the wings.

I had a very unfortunate experience at the local Pizza Hut Store. My adult son, who has some disabilities, went in to place an order. The manager presented the information in a confusing way allowing that he left with way more food then the two of us could eat in a week. When I called to discuss the problem with the manager he continued to try to place the blame on my son rather then attempt to learn from the situation regarding how to better help people with a disability place an appropriate order. The fact that the confusion was such that my son called me during the ordering process could have been a hint that there was some confusion, but the manager indicated that he recognized that my son had some disabilities so I really can’t offer him the thought that he didn’t know. So not only is the food mediocre at best, the manager is not helpful with people with disabilities in their ordering situation.

One word… «Greasy» Not saying that’s all together a bad thing, depending on what your in the mood for. Maybe it’s just me but every Pizza Hut I’ve ever been in has a foul sort of smell to go along with the grease covered booths, tables, walls, cups, pizza etc… Just something I’ve come to expect from the Hut.

My dude and I needed a meal as we were quickly running out of time(closing time). We opted to hit up the Edgewater location. We’ve dined here a couple times before and it’s never anything to write home about. The staff are always friendly and I’ve never had any issues. Can’t complain when you can pick up seat(always near empty), they have TV’s, it’s quite and they have a fire pit(turned on during the winter). I don’t think this is special to this location but the company brand – the tables are always dirty(they’re never in a rush to clean dirty tables after guest leave). I always feel like my arms stick to the table(wiping them with dirty dishrags). My hubby says that the glasses have soap in them still. He says that he can taste it in his drink. A medium 3 topping pizza, 2 sodas, garlic breadsticks, cinnamon breadsticks, and 8 mild buffalo wings for $ 24.71 we watched Oklahoma City give the Spurs the business!

Thanks for ruining a perfectly nice football Saturday. Being born and raised in Chicago, my pizza cravings can never be truly fulfilled in the State of Maryland. But on occasion, Pizza Hut will suffice. The Edgewater location, is usually quite good, but tonight it was a complete disaster. A blind monkey must have been handling the pizza cutter, as the pie was cut in pieces ranging from a couple inches to half a foot. The crust had big bubbles all over so toppings barely registered on any piece. I might as well been eating bread with tomato sauce. I would never have written this review, if the manager would of handled my complaint call better. After all, this place has delivered a quality product in the past, on multiple occasions. But when I spoke with the manager, there was barely a hint of concern. Her response«well we just had a bunch of people quit and we have new kids in the kitchen.» Oh, so I guess I just have to deal with it. She did say sorry haphazardly, but she offered nothing to remedy the situation. Instead, she asked if I wanted to give her my contact information as we would probably score some kind of coupon. I declined. So our trash bag is full of pizza, our stomachs are empty, and our wallet is $ 27 bucks short.
