I don’t know how this place makes money. The staff is just awful…
The last time I came here, there was a female employee texting on the phone. As I walk in and while she’s looking at her phone she says, «Welcome to Radio Shack.» After walking around the store for a few minutes, I walk up to her to ask her a question. Now I understand the store is dead… I know your cell phone is probably the only thing to keep you entertained, but what ticked me off was when I walked up to her to ask her a question… She gives me the ol’ «I’ll be with you in just a second.» She had to finish her last text message… Come on really?
I ended up just walking out. I knew I wasn’t going to buy anything for the simple fact that everything is marked up. The items that are on sale, are about the same price as a regular priced item you’d find in the Target.
I didn’t give them one star for the simple fact, they might have what you need. If you’re willing to over pay for it.

If I could give zero star, I would. They are lier in nature. They will tell you one price for the cellphone resale value and ask you to pay to lock the price. When the date comes, you can’t refund or do anything but stuck. That’s how they do business. I am not the only one when I walked in the store. Shady business.
