Bunch of liars work here. I asked a question that i kind of knew the answer and was making small talk while was LOOKING at phones. The question was: «When does the BOGO50% sale end?» All 3MALE employees looked at each other and came up with the answer«Tonight at midnight» interesting since the promotion just started a few days ago. Then when i said OHHHHH and preceded to walk out they are like so you want me to ring you up. Um no. They are like its a good deal another like it wont be around again(me thinking since this one is still going on, im sure something else will come for presidents day or memorial day, ect…) I hate being harassed/pressured while Im LOOKING at items to «maybe» purchase. If i want to buy something, i will say hey lets get this right here. SMH If you cant treat the customers with some dignity and display some sort of ethics its not a good look. I will never ever step foot inside this store again. You can say you were«confused» on the question but im not your typical female shopper in electronics. Im sure you pull this stuff with a lot of gullible customers and they rush to buy something after you lied to them.

This location doesn’t have many stars but I personally have received great service every time I’ve come here(tmobile customer for 2 years). Two weeks ago I went in to ask about my bill and the staff helped over and above. I left with a lower bill — they suggested my roommate and I combine plans(which I hadn’t considered) and both my roommate and I got upgrades that were offered(not asked for). Special shout out to the one female on staff that day who knew the answer to ever question I had and took time to get us fully set up even though she was supposed to be off work 30 min prior. Most recent experience: I’m switching from an Android to the new iPhone S6 and wasn’t sure about the transfer. I called to see how long it would take at the store and Frank answered. He heard my needs and gave me the info it would take to do it on my own if I was worried about time. That was exactly what I was asking for!

I have never been treated as bad as costomer before in my life! If you go to this store avoid dealing with Laura at all costs!!! First she lied to me saying I had to get 2 accesorys, then she couldnt tansfer my data and said it would tranfer over automatically. When I went back to get my contacts off my old phone she acted like it was a inconvenience and pretty much acted like it was my falt. They didnt have the machine to transfer the data from my old phone and they said they would get one by Wednesday. Laura told me they sent the old phones in on monday so I thought I had till the weekend to go back and get my pictures and other data off my phone. They had already sent it in!!! Laura then had the nerve to be totaly rude and unapologetic blaming me for not coming in earlyer than when she said they would have the phone till. Basicly this was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer!!! Do not go to this store if you want a plesent prfetional experience!!!

My First couple experiences at this store were horrible. I stopped in for some information and dealt with Jon. He completely changed my mind and now I am always coming back to this location. He provides Great customer services and all my issues are resolved every single time!

I called this location to get some info about purchasing an iPhone to go on my Metro PCS plan. I was previously under the impression that T Mobile and Metro have merged and that their phones are interchangeable. When I called this location though, the guy I talked to not only had no idea what he was talking about but he wouldn’t stop trying to get me to switch to T Mobile service even though I told him several times I can not and will not change my plan. Even for basic pricing he kept saying that to buy an iPhone in full with cash would cost me an extra $ 80+ through them if I wasn’t on a T Mobile plan… That’s fine bro, I just gave my $ 700 to the Apple Store in Cherry Creek instead, and they were a lot more friendly and willing to take my money, lol.
