Luckily I only have to come here once every three months which is why im able to tolerate the wait. Always know that when you go there you’ll have to wait 2 – 3 hours, they have free wifi which is a plus and they’ll call you if you dont want to wait. Overall, the doctors are good and personable and the front desk girls are friendly.

Very bad experience. Had an appointment for 12 noon, was there by 11.45am; the doctor was nowhere to be seen until 2pm. The staff was making excuses like«you always have to wait to see the doctor». For the first time in my life– had to ask for copay refund.

Most of the doctors on Palisade Ave are in old Victorian houses that have been converted into offices. I don’t see what difference that makes. Yes, you will wait a good two hours but they are clear about the wait and they do have free wi-fi. Bring your laptop. You check in at the front and leave your cell number, and they will call you 15 minutes before your turn if you really don’t want to sit around. It’s not exactly their fault half of Hudson County is diabetic and/or obese or has thyroid issues and needs to see an Endo. There aren’t enough Endo’s to go around, and if you need to see one, be prepared to sit and wait. I see Dr. Amy in this office, and she is simply wonderful. They do a great job here.

Needs an upgrade, this is an old house that they turned into an office. They always give you an appointment but you are never seen at that time, always like 2 hours later. Waaaaay to overcrowded!
