terrible service and management by «lacey» who claimed she was the manager. actually, the worst! if she is really a manager, she obviously needs help and recurrent training in customer service skills and more. very unprofessional and rude! stay far, far away from this location. i ordered online for the first time and picked up my order an hour later. when i walked in she said your order has been in the warmer for an hour and while in there it is still cooking. so i checked it and although the pizza and pasta was burnt on the bottom i was okay with that. the fries; however, were overdone and soggy by this time. i asked her if she could redo them. she replied i would have to charge you. i explained to her that it was my first time ordering online and that i made an honest mistake by not picking it up within the 15mins from placing my order. she still insisted that she had to charge me and that it wasn’t her fault. i told her i never said that it was. i could see that she wasn’t going to budge and already had an attitude about herself that i decided not to take the fries. she rings up the pizza and pasta and tells me my total. after swiping my card, i tell her to void the transaction. what was i thinking!!! she then voids it and i tell her that she can keep her sh** as she doesn’t deserve my business. she could care less and made a poor decision over $ 2.50 for an order that was over $ 55+. i left and went to the auburn location as my boys insisted on having pizza hut and was impressed by their staff who were the complete opposite for a busy location. there were 3 other customers waiting on their orders and a few after me but that did not stop them from being courteous and pleasant. mind you the edgewood location did not have anyone in their store and was not busy at all! hope this helps someone from having to deal with that p.o.s!!! *this location doesn’t even deserve the 1 star that i had no choice in leaving.

I will start out by saying that I’m not a pizza fan, but my boyfriend is & I ordered over a week in advance for a surprise delivery on Valentine’s Day. They showed up early, before noon, which was nice. They also wrote on the box like I asked. I’ve never ordered pizza before in advance like that & I was worried that it might have been forgotten, but it wasn’t, & I was super happy about that! Thanks!

Well let me start by saying we had just moved here from Portland in early December. We went to pizza Hut because it was close. We ordered a large w/pepperoni on thin crust with extra cheese… It was fantastic!!! We just ordered 2 pizzas tonite, and I don’t know what happened, but they BOTH sucled soooooooobad. I don’t know if the sauce was bad… .had a sweet tangy taste to it, and the supreme tasted like they were 3 mos old produce. COM ’ ONGUYS… WHAT’S GOINGON… MIKNOWYOUDOKNOWHOWTOMAKE A GOODPIE… WELL I THOUGHTYAALLDID… I will not order again ever from you… .

If you’re going to charge $ 25.00 for 2 medium pizzas and a small chesse stick: I think you can afford cheese on a pizza.

Twice I’ve gotten pizza from this location. The first time was a pick up and they were friendly and caught their mistake and fixed it with no hassle. I just got my pizza delivered about 18 minutes before the estimated delivery time. Which was awesome. I’m still waiting for it to cool down but I braved a quick bite and it was just what I was craving. The delivery girl was friendly. I will pick Pizza Hut over Domino’s any day and this is why.
